Dr. Hines is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure that you are not in pain. Premier Dental is exactly what it is says it is. This is a Premier Dental office. The entire staff provided my wife and I outstanding service from start to finish. Their process from customer care and digital forms ahead of the visit to the appointment itself was incredible. The staff was warm and knowledgeable. Dr.Hines has created a very unique experience in this practice. One that marries state of the art technology and a warmth of what seems like a forgotten age of personal care from a doctor. I highly recommend this practice to everyone in the DMV. I drove an hour from Virginia to come here and it was more than worth it.

Five stars is not enough as I couldn't be more happy with my experience at Premier Dental. Everything from the cleanliness of the office, the overall ambiance, to the world class customer service, not only met but exceeded my expectations. The care that I received was phenomenal and after this experience I can't see myself going to any other dentist. Every time I visit the office, Dr. Hines and his staff are so welcoming and attentive that I almost don't want to leave š. This may be showing my age, but a visit to the office reminds me of the sitcom "Cheers". "Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came.... You want to go where people know, the people are all the same. You want to go where everybody knows your name"...Lol
Just one visit and you feel like family. No question goes unanswered and I always feel fully educated about the treatment of my overall oral care.
