My visit at Premier Dental Care was Great! Staff was courteous and the work performed was on point. I hadn't been to the dentist in also most 3yrs because the previous dentist work left my mouth in pain after work was completed and when I would return for them to fix the results would still be the same. I love Premier Dental. The entire staff is always friendly and warm. They understand their jobs and do them with great care. They make sure I am comfortable and that I understand the procedures they are going to perform. With COVID-19, the office is sanitized and they do not have a lot of patients in the waiting room at the same time. Every time a patient came in through the front door, the receptionist made sure to go to the door, and wipe it down with sanitizing wipes, she also wiped down the reception desk, and everything that the patient might touch.

Dr. Hines put in a new crown today because the old one chipped. Everything went smoothly. No discomfort or problems. The staff was friendly and attentive like they always are, and facilities were clean. Very pleasant experience overall.

Positive experience. Got a crown / veneer and though it was expensive it was worth it. It’s difficult to match the color, shape, and contour of just one front tooth but Dr. Hines made it happen and did it well! Very happy with the finished product.
