Extraordinary that they set up the appointment for a cleaning and then called the day before to add services that cost extra. When I set up the appointment I was specific about what my insurance would cover, and I specifically asked for and received a confirmation e-mail from the dentistry staff verifying the cleaning-only service as I had x-rays and an exam earlier in the year. They called and e-mailed repeatedly to verify the appointment and even required that I call them back in person twice to confirm. Then the day before the appointment they called to change the game plan. I had to cancel given the restrictions of insurance reimbursement. I am upset that I waited so long for the appointment only to have them flake. I could have seen someone else weeks ago, but I wanted to support a green dentist. Never again.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge craft of Dr. Taylor Jackson, DDS. I typically go to the dentist twice a year and very particular about who I choose for cleaning. Dr. Jackson more than met the mark, she surpassed it! I have no problem recommending Dr. Jackson and her staff!

Tayona was outstanding!! She worked diligently with me to coordinate a first time visit for my senior father. There was great communication via phone and email. This was his first time at the DC Dentist office. And even with great effort to get my father to the appointment it didn't happen. For reasons out of our control. However, Tayona was with us every step of the way following up and trying to accommodate our needs. She was very professional, polite and empathize with our situation. Koodoz to her!!! I'm sure she is a great asset to the office and staff.

Loved this dentist's office all of the staff are nice Thea is pleasent to work with her kindness and professionalism makes setting appointments easier and she knew my name after just my third visit. I will continue to tell everyone about my dentist and I am so glad I found them

A lot of you guys are giving 5 stars because he uses the word “holistic” and the staff smiles at you a lot. Please don’t walk but RUN from this place. I came in for a routine check up and was told I needed 5,000 dollars of work done! this was mind blowing to me because my mother in law is a dentist and I’ve seen her for years, but lives in far in MD so I can’t see her offen. After meeting with two other dentist and my MIL I was told I didn’t need anywhere close to the amount of work I was being charged! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GREEDY OFFICE.

Masha'Allah! There are dentist and then there is the DC Dentist at 509 11th Street SE! A warm and inviting and highly professional group who are the foremost in the field of dentistry! Dr. Victor and his very capable staff treat you with the utmost respect from the door. His holistic approach is second to none! As we say in the Navy....BRAVO ZULU...JOB WELL DONE!!!

I found the DC Dentist on a whim, reading reviews on Yelp. I can honestly say, going to the dentist is one of the things I dispise the most! I was going to another dentist who is supposed to be one of the best, but I did not like the practice at all and was in desperate need for a new dentist who I could trust, knew what they were doing and was personable as well. I got all of those things in the DC Dentist. From the front desk to the hygenists, to Dr. Victor himself...I enjoyed my visit throughly and to my surprise my visit wasn't that bad. I HIGHLY reccomend the DC Dentist to any and everybody. My hygenist Tochi was a gem! If you're looking for a new dentist, look no further.
