They were all very patient with me through my extensive dental work. I’m not sure if it’s because I had told them I’m a nervous patient, but they were great about explaining everything they were doing and all of my treatment options.

Washington Elite Dentistry has the best staff - from the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the staff who were all so kind. A gentleman took my xrays then immediately after I was seen by Dr. Terry who performed the cleaning. I let both individuals know I was in a bit of a time crunch and both were respectful of the fact that I had a limited window for my appointment. I felt comforted by the level of professionalism all of the staff showed, the cleanliness of the facility and the efficient process from arrival to checking out. Looking forward to my return visit in January and I’ve already told several others they need to book their dental appointments with Elite.

I have been coming to this practice for about 5 years now. The staff is very efficient, knowledgeable, informative about insurance matters, and patient. Dr. Berman and her staff are very personable and make sure you comfortable with any procedures. I recently had a procedure to have a crown put on my tooth and the procedure was so peaceful that I fell asleep in the chair and only the area around the tooth was numb.
