They ask to collect what they expect your payment responsibility to be before your appointment AND before submitting to insurance for review and payment. I advised that this is not the normal practice for dental offices and couldn’t be provided an explanation outside of ‘this is what what we do.’

I asked my coworker that referred me and he said that they’ve never asked this of him. Their practices are INCREDIBLY suspicious and I would advise anyone to pass on this dental office...the office is mediocre at best with subpar services from the dentist (Terri was the only great part of the experience).

The friendliest people work here and they do great comprehensive dental care. Good communication with patients inside and outside the office is key and they get that. I highly recommend Dr. Berman

Best dentist experience I've ever had! I used to dread the dentist until I started going there. Wish I could've have brought them with me after I moved away from the area. Pain free care and the staff was amazingly friendly.

All the staff are exceptionally welcoming and professional. Dr. Mina and Dr. Berman, and every one of their teams are very good at their jobs and take the time to make sure you are comfortable and explain what it is that they are doing or planning to do. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

My visit to Washington Elite Dentistry was impecable. Starting from the front desk I felt very welcomed and informed of the dental procedure I was going to have (tooth filling - porcelain inlay). Dr. Berman assisted me personally and I couldn't have more pleased. She was very proffesional and kind. And the results I got, how my teeth looks, I feel like a new person. Undoubtedly, this is a top-notch dental practice!

I've been seeing Dr. Berman for two years and she is an amazing dentist and provide excellent service. She fixed my anterior chipped teeth, I was in Invisalign treatment for 9 month and did zoom to whitening my teeth and loved the end result! Now, I see her regularly and love her staff specially Terri the Hygenist.

Dr. Berman and her entire staff are excellent, not to mention SAFE. Going to the dentist amidst the pandemic can be a little bit nerve-wracking, but at Washington Elite Dentistry, they've truly gone above and beyond to assure patients' safety.
