I was disappointed with this dentistry. To me their main concern is their insurance plan and how you are going to pay. No one at this facility introduced themselves to me. The receptionist was very nice and professional, however, the hygienist and the dentist not so much. The dentist didn’t do a cancer check and I told him I was having trouble with my gums and inside my lips and he didn’t check them just told me it was dry mouth. I went to my doctor and come to find out it was thrush. Also I was supposed to receive a tooth whitening kit and did not. My neighbor went to this dentistry and he had similar bad service. I am going to return to get my 6 month cleaning because supposedly that is free when you sign up for their insurance program. Let’s see how that goes. Very disappointing.

Absolutely enjoyed our visit. The office is beautifully decorated with 3 TVs in each room. Very private rooms and very clean. The staff were all friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcome. My son has social anxiety and he liked this place. He commented on the friendly staff and walked out with a smile, literally!!! Thank you all for making our family feel like part of yours. We will definitely be returning.

I normally get super nervous when it comes to visiting the dentist office and this actually was my first experience at Monaco Dentistry; and yes indeed it was an experience! The office space is so modern with a chic design, tv screens in each exam room; and the staff/ doctor was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. It’s a well oiled machine in there & I trust that they’ll keep my smile bright and right!

The receptionist and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My hygenist was thorough and gentle. The dentist took the time to explain the treatments and better yet why they should be done.
