I am not a patient of Monaco Dentistry, but I stopped in today to see if someone there could help me with an issue I had with a mouthpiece I had. I had to have a tooth painted on the mouthpiece in preparation for a tooth extraction out of state. They were super helpful and did the work free of charge. Everyone was very friendly, understood my need and was helpful.

My visit was so amazing. The office was super clean and they took extraordinary measures to ensure your safety with covid. Everyone in the office was super helpful extremely friendly extremely knowledgeable and showed an amazing willingness to assist with my dental needs. It's been a while since I've been able to experience this level of comfort and care at a dentist office. I'm super excited that I found them and they will be my permanent dentist office from here on out. Thank you guys so much I really appreciate you guys I have a sense of comfort and peace for my dental journey.

I'm so happy they take my insurance! The office staff was kind and professional. They gave me a great first impression on the phone. The office is beautiful amd modern. I was nervous but Kathleen was amazing. She gave me a super thorough and informative checkup. Didn't have much time with the dentist but I'm not complaining. No up charges, and everything was clearly explained. I look forward to my next checkup in 6 months.

I don't know why they send me an email to review my visit since I didn't get service at this place. I went for a regular cleaning, which is covered by my insurance. I asked not to get x-rays done during this visit due to other health concerns. According to them, they couldn't perform the cleaning without the x-rays and said that i would have to pay $70 for a service that is covered. I made an appointment at another dentist.

Dr Amrooi is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She’s skilled but also so caring and thoughtful with each patient. The offices are beautiful and comfortable and the staff is so organized. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Hands-down the best dentistry experience I have ever had.
About me:
As a young adult in my mid 20's, something that I had difficulty doing since living on my own was making my own appointments and actually going to them. Everyone says they don't like going to the dentist because the one thing we all feared was pain. Though in my now 3 years of coming to Monaco I have yet to feel any.
My experience:
My significant other also comes here and desperately needed her wisdom teeth removed. She asked, and they were willing to see her same-day. It's a scary process but they made sure she was the most comfortable she could possibly be. They dimmed the lights, put on her favorite Netflix show, and let her listen to her Spotify playlist while undergoing surgery. Never in my life have I been shown this quality of service from any establishment I've ever visited, be it dentistry or anywhere else.
The outcome:
Now, we have no fear of the dentist, and look forward to going because they take away pain, not give it. Transitioning into being able to confidently go to the dentist without fear is a big step for me, and I can admit that! I'm hoping this review can provide the same comfort in other people that I really needed when I was making these decisions for myself.
Final notes:
I do notice some poor reviews, but it's clear that most of those seem to be simple misunderstandings. It's very easy to write a poor review and customers are significantly more inclined to do so when they feel even the slightest inconvenience. When an establishment has a near-perfect online rating then you really have to give credit where it's due.
I felt so compelled to write a new review that I deleted my old 5-star review just to share my recent experience with everyone. I hope someone else benefits from this! The staff works with me, laughs with me, and I do the same. It feels welcoming to walk in and they know me by my name since the second appointment years ago. I truly feel safe with them and that my investments are to quality work.

Monaco dental is the best dental office in hillsborough county. The staff is a delight to interact with, especially Mimi, she is super awesome and really cares about us patients. And the dentist is very personable and has an awesome sense of humor which makes the dental experience one to remember and the next visit to be looked forward to. I highly recommend them.

Monaco Dentistry has raised my standards for service! I went in for the initial xray and exam and still have to go back for other services. I usually wait to visit an establishment a few times before leaving a review but I'm willing to make an exception for the outstanding service at Monaco Dentistry. From the moment I walked in I was met with a clean and and fragrant waiting room. I can't remember the name of the woman who signed me in but she was nice and pleasant. After completing the new patient form, Renee called me and escorted me to the room to take my xrays. She was so accommodating, considerate and gentle. She set the expectations for discomfort and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process. The room had 3 flat screens 2 mounted on the wall infront of you and a the third flat screen above your head so you can watch tv while the dentist is working on you. The dentist, Dr. Easterly was very patient, gentle, very informative and so considerate of my comfort! The icing on the cake was Kailah, the office manager! She was funny, down to earth and very cool. She took time to explain everything and set expectations for cost and completion time frames. P.S. For as state of the art as this office is, I am shocked by my out of pocket costs! Probably one of the most affordable quotes, I've gotten. Do yourself a favor, try Monaco Dentistry.
