Best customer service I've ever experienced. Walked in 3 mins ahead of my apt. and was immediately taken in. Kathleen is an awesome hygienist and made me feel like i was the only customer she has had. She has the best memory of personal items mentioned in previous visits, almost a pc hard drive recording ability. Girls at front desk, mimi & kayla felt like family and are so professional at their occupation. Highly recommend Monaco to anyone.

First and foremost, this dentist office is beyond it’s time. The owners put an immense amount of style, class and grace into the building. This facility looks like a place fit for a celebrities and the service that is provided is only for the elite. I’m thrilled that they accept my Tricare, but it was No CHARGE for my visual visit. That’s right, the doctor cared so much about the pain I was in, she looked me over for FREE. In my 30 years of living, I have never seen a dentist office look like the waiting room of the Met Gala. Don’t believe me!! Make an appointment!! “They have Tv’s handing from the ceilings, chilled water, and BRAND NEW dentist chairs!!! Oh I love it here!!💋

Great experience! I chose this dentist solely off of reading other customer reviews when I was searching for a dentist. I can agree that the customer service is excellent! I appreciate the time they took to educate me on my teeth and explained everything so well!

I honestly don’t know where to begin my first initial phone call begin with Mimi office manager at the front Desk. I have 1000 questions major anxiety she literally was able to calm me down in a matter of two minutes. I need a lot of work done in my mouth I knew it and that It had been over 10 years since I have seen a dentist. I was very open and honest with her about the things that I was going through and the pain which I was dealing With she was very knowledgeable answering all my questions. I mean I had a lot of them. I was able to get a same day appointment on arriving I was greeted by the owner Mr. Sam who at the time I did not know he was the owner I have an ask him questions and he took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions were thoroughly. When I went to the bank I met Mr. Omari can took my x-ray very very pleasant and very comfortable with dealing with patients I was very very pleased by his professionalism. Then I met Dr. doctor at least that’s what I call him. His actual name is Dr. Esterley he is by far the best dentist that I’ve ever had he was very patient with me kind and understanding he was also very honest with me. He told me what I needed to get done the following Monday I was back at the office again going to meet Miss Jamila the dental hygienist she is the best she has a way about herself which is very calming I she’s Very professional As well as patient I sincerely appreciate everyone At this office and I will DEFINITELY continue to be a patient at this office.

Monaco Dentistry is nice, clean and calm environment that uses the most cutting edge technology! They are precise/efficient and thoroughly answer my questions, address my concerns and explain my options of treatment. From the front office staff to the dentists in the office. Everyone is extremely helpful and polite! Apollo Beach is lucky to have a dental practice in the area that is ready to serve their community. I assure you, you will not step into another dental practice like Monaco Dentistry.

I had five teeth pulled and two capped. The entire staff was awesome, took above normal care of me. Informed me prior to work being done what the cost would be, even offered different payment plans. I would NEVER go anywhere else but here. Best dental care anywhere. Five stars is not enough.

The office is beautiful! Beyond that, everyone is so nice. I saw Dr. Figueroa for my appointment, he was so caring, personable, and knowledgeable. I had such a pleasant experience at Monaco Dentistry! I highly recommend Dr. Figueroa and Monaco Dentistry.

I would definitely recommend! From start to finish everyone in the office was very concerned about how I felt. The doctor also made sure I was comfortable before starting anything, and I really appreciate that, thanks guys!!!!
