Well hoping I could keep my tooth, but no chance my roots ended up exposed to my sinuses. Doctor Joseph was a really great dentist, I didn't have Ins. to his office practice, he tried to get me to an oral surgeon. Having no help with my Ins. Co my tooth is still open. I want to say this is not my Dr.'s fault. I'm going back to get my teeth cleaned and checked. Yes I'll have to pay out of pocket I'm going back due to the fact he really cares about his patients. I'll say he's a great dentist that's why I'm going back.

Outstanding care and service by all I came into contact with on recent visits. Via trained observations as a former government official, all customers received the same treatment I received. Very friendly and courteous employees that made the visit to the dentist "pleasant" for lack of a better word. I made my appointment online for an "Adult's Complete Checkup" listed for $89.00 for new patients. The offer states "Includes X-rays, exam and basic cleaning." I arrived at the appointment and they did one panoramic x-ray. The technician then came in the room and said that she would complete the rest x-rays and then the dentist would come in and do my exam. I asked, "What about the cleaning?" The technician replied that there were no dental hygienists even in the office that day and that I would have to make a separate cleaning appointment. The technician went and got the lady from the front desk who said that I was only scheduled for x-rays and an exam and she explained that they would never do a cleaning in the same appointment as an initial x-ray/exam appointment for new patients.
The advertised deal on the website is very misleading. I feel like I was lured into a bait and switch situation. I left the appointment at that point because I did not feel comfortable trusting this dentist office. I was second guessing whether or not I had actually scheduled an appointment for a cleaning. When I got home I went back to their website and confirmed that the appointment I scheduled did in fact say that it included a cleaning. I am really disappointed. I don't think this business should advertise an appointment that they are not willing or able to perform.

I had a lengthy stay in the chair, 2 hours, to temporarily build a bridge of 3 teeth on the bottom left of my mouth. The dentist and technician were extremely competent, respectful and friendly, as is the entire staff. We thank them tremendously for their professionalism and for being human!

Excellent service with professional staff in an extremely clean and beautiful office. Dr. Amrooei takes her time to discuss the details with her patients to suggest the best treatment. Also unlike the other Dr. Offices, there is no wait time if you arrive on time for your appointment.

The staff from reception to hygienist were amazing; they were so nice and helpful. Dr. Danoosh did an amazing job with ensuring my comfort as a patient and also explaining the steps of the work as she performed them. Overall a great experience and I'm so glad to have such a great dental service available to us in Apollo Beach!

Dr A and the entire staff are extremely nice and very knowledgeable of all your dental needs. I've been going here for past two plus years and couldn't be more satisfied! I'm currently in the invisalign process and very pleased with results so far!
