I made an appointment last week for an annual cleaning/exam for today. The ladies at the front desk were nice, no wait time. The dentist who did the exam was very helpful & fast, i love that he asked if i wanted an ortho exam while i was there. I then went to the hygienist, got my teeth cleaned. He did a great job. When i was done with the cleaning i immediately was able to be seen by the orthodontist who was able to examine my teeth & give me a time frame about how long i would need braces & different braces options. I then sat with one of the ladies from up front about my insurance & payment options. I was able to get my braces right then & there however i had go. This whole process took ONLY a little over an hour. Now i am booked for braces at the end of the month. 10/10 EXPERIENCE

Dr. Carter and his assistant Karlie were absolutely wonderful during my procedure. I felt very comfortable and relaxed the entire process of my treatment even though I was a bit anxious. Would recommend their services to any & everyone!

Had to get a tooth pulled! I was referred and was greeted so heartily when I stepped in the door! It made me feel great! Even though I was a big baby, the doctor was very kind and comforting!

Dr. Carter is the best!!! Great personality, attentive, and gentle. I have really bad anxiety and usually end up in tears, with a dentist telling me its not that bad or making me feel worse about the situation. But with Dr. Carter I have no worries because I know im in good hands. He does great work, probably the best dentist I've ever gone to. Thank you Dr. Carter!! Also the ladies upfront are always really nice and helpful. this office seems to be the only one who calls back and does appt reminders. The staff here is great. So if you have dental issues and anxiety I highly recommend Dr. Carter and the Atlantic Beach office

Pleasant, patient, always of service, everyone is always welcoming, from the greeting of entrance to checking out! They take care of you and that’s what we need more of. I will recommend my dentist to anyone!!!!

I transferred to the office closer to me. I was glad to see they continued with the same quality service. They are clean, friendly, professional team. Minimal wait team. The dentist thoroughly communicated everything concerning my visit.

Good luck getting scheduled here. I have made 4 different appointment requests, despite indicating I was in pain on the online scheduler.
I had to reschedule an appointment and left messages BOTH online AND with the office- neither of whom have called me back. This is ridiculous

I smile more. Dr. Carter and his assistant Dr.Ortez was wonderful. His assistant is going to make for a great orthodontist also.
