This was a routine cleaning with annual x-rays. The dental tech had obviously reviewed my record and was familiar with my history. Normally, I have a problem with "bit-wing x-rays" as the device puts pressure on my pallet, causing a gag reflex. However, FINALLY the tech listened to me, and applied numbing gel to my pallet prior to the procedure. The result; ALL REQUIRED X-RAYS were complete with NO GAGGING REFLEX!! The remainder of the cleaning process was also completed with a minimum of discomfort. All because precautions were taken upfront, and the tech was familiar with my issues.

I went to dr Mansur for dentures. After he made molds and numerous trips plus 3600 later they don’t fit and he will not give a refund. I will take other action to try to retrieve the monies I spent for a job that wasn’t done correctly
