The Westshore Dental office was great! Everyone is very friendly and cooperative! The hygienist was the best one I’ve ever had! She makes sure nothing hurts and/or will tell you what spot might be a little tender. She also has some relaxing music going on in the background but overall was just an amazing appointment.

The review stars only are granted based on to the 2 patient/ practice customer service personnel that I interacted with besides the doctor. It has nothing to do with the practice itself, that's coming next:
Good customer service, seemingly a good place for affluent patients.Full stop. Not a place for regular, blue collar working folks (me) that need help with out of pocket costs. (Like any other private dentist in US, don't go expecting a realistic, sincere concern about your situation by the doctor). Hygienist lady and even the lady dealing with financing were very cordial and understanding of my situation even though of course their hands were tied since the decision maker is the doctor. To exemplify it: I just went there with, among many other issues, a broken front tooth which was the main concern of the day for understandable reasons. Long story short: 1 tooth equals almost $4000.00. Payent option? $1900 upfront. I offered what i could which was $ 800 upfront and payments. Don't even dream about it. I leave the rest to you all for your own conclusions

Dr. Motwani and the staff at Westshore are wonderful. My aunt had not been to a dentist in over 10 years. Though she has multiple cavities and issues needing to be addressed, Dr. Motwani identified the most pressing needs, without overwhelming her, and we will be dealing with those first. His calm and considerate nature set her at ease from the start. She is actually looking forward to going back and has already recommended him to her friends.
