I’m a snowbird. A month before this year’s seasonal trip to Florida I had a cracked tooth repaired by my family dentist in central NY. Shortly after arriving in Florida the tooth started bothering me. I tolerated it for as long as I could before it became unbearable. A Google search of dentists in Bradenton pointed me to Westshore Dentistry. They had great reviews and were nearby. I phoned them, explained my situation and an hour later I was in the dentist chair. After examining my tooth Dr. Motwani explained my situation and together we agreed that my best option was to have a root canal and then a crown. The receptionist at Westshore arranged an emergency Root Canal with Manatee Endodontics for that afternoon. By the end of the day my pain was gone. Two weeks later, after my follow up appointment with Dr. DeJoung at Manatee endodontics, I returned to Westshore Dentistry where Dr. Motwani and his assistant, Genie, perminently filled my tooth and fit my crown.
Going to the dentist certainly isn't my idea of a good time especially when a root canal is part of the outcome. I can say, however, that if I had to do it over I wouldn't hesitate to return to either of these professionals for thier expertise. I highly recommend them both!

Front office staff is very generous and caring and very prompt. Only waited 15 minutes to be seen and 10 minutes of that time was filling out paperwork as a new patient. Best part was that this office doesn't open until 8am and I was called about my situation at around 7:30am. Thank you Westshore Dentistry for your compassion and quick service.

Staff is very prompt and courteous. Dr. Is very nice , gentle and takes his time to explain everything to you . They answer any questions or concerns. They have an up to date imaging that you can see on the screen in front of you. I highly recommend this office especially if you’re in need of more than a cleaning .

With my knee replacement surgery in the near future, I was experiencing pain in a tooth with an older filing. I am a “Snowbird” from Indiana and did not have a dentist established in Bradenton. I called Westshore Dentistry and explained my situation and they were able to get me an appointment the following day.
Doctor and his Staff were able to identify my problem and expedite the process giving me time after the crown was finished to determine if any follow up was needed before my knee surgery.

I was a new patient unhappy with how I was treated elsewhere. I was treated very kindly and with respect. All questions answered. And most importantly, when I had a problem after hours the dentist called me back promptly and gave me the advise and information I need to get the advise I needed at the time. Happy patient.

Excellent practice. Front staff is Great. I left a phone message at 4:00a.m. with an acute problem. I'm new to the area and I was not a patient but I got a call back at 7:25 and was seen before 9. Dentist communicates well and solved the issue conscientiously and completely. Class Act, for sure.
