AVOID this place at all cost. Please please please, don’t be fooled by the look of this place or other peoples reviews. I’m pretty sure a lot of the positive reviews are fake.

This dentistry will claim they called/text you about a balance owned when in fact they never do. I had an appointment with them in January and rescheduled my second appointment multiple times, and when I called to reschedule no one, absolutely no one told me I had a pending balance. So ONE DAY before my appointment, they decide to tell me they can’t see me at the office because they sent my account collections??? Seriously? I even have a $3000 open credit line with them that I haven’t even used, but instead of using the free $3000 that I have they decided to send $118 to collections. Are they hurting that much for money? So greedy. Don’t go here…they also waste your time and feel so unprofessional. When I went the first time in January to get my Invisalign consultation they literally forgot I was even in the room. Multiple people kept coming into the room like “oh you’re still here?” Um, yes???????? I’m waiting for someone to see me. It’s ridiculous, the fact that I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a second appointment is beyond me.

l had been going to ChampionsGate Dentisrty for the past four years. All the staff is friendly and efficient especially Dr Hakimian who is very kind and professional. I personally feel very confident every time I need to visit him. Today during a dental emergency he kindly responded and solved my problem immediately. Loved to have a place like this in my neighborhood 🙂

I was there for a new patient visit after moving here from out of state. Going to a new healthcare professional is always a little scary because you never know what you’re walking in to. Everyone was very polite and professional. It’s a very nice, calm atmosphere. They’re doing an amazing job following the CDC guidelines. I loved Paula, the hygienist. She was very thorough and sweet. Dr. Hakimian was very kind and has a wonderful bedside manner. I’m happy I’ve found my new dentist!

As a nurse, I research medical care providers carefully. This clinic and it’s staff have high standards and it is evident from the moment you meet the office staff. My hygienist, Ellie was professional and thorough. She answered every question I had and her education and training was evident. Dr. Acosta was thorough and kind and spent time answering all my questions. He did not try to “sell me” any pricey treatments or gadgets but gave recommendations for me to consider. The office was spotless and the equipment is modern and high tech. I’m relieved to know I have high quality dental care a few miles from my home.

First time as a patient, and I must say my experience overall was phenomenal. Not only was my dental hygienist Ellie so knowledgeable and friendly, but even the doctor made me feel important and set me up with a treatment plan. It nice having something to look forward to, A perfect healthy and beautiful smile. Thank you and I highly recommend them

Dr. Acosta is an amazing doctor and he also has a great staff!!!

Update: around 3 years with this place and I love it, they make me feel like family, my hygienist Paula she is amazing, very nice and delicate, Dr. Acosta is also keeps being great, great staff, my family comes here as well. They take the time to explain any question or concerns that you have. 100 % recommended.

Hi.. I'm doing a review for Evelyn Vazquez.
Her service was excellent she enjoyed the entire experience from the reception from Sharon and Christina, to the excellent care of Dr Bijan Hakimian. He even called her the night of her extraction to make sure she was doing well. She would like to thank them for everything they did to make all her visits amazing. We would definitely recommend there services with a 100 percent raving reception.

My mom goes here for cleaning so I went for the first time and I really like my visit. I get nervous when I visit the dentist but this place made me feel comfortable and at ease. Also the people in the front were nice and helpful. I'll definitely be returning here.

I absolutely love Champions Gate Dentistry! In the past I've never liked going to the dentist and have never really had a positive experience anywhere. However this office is very clean and everyone is very professional and welcoming. Maria is absolutely the best! She made me feel at ease when she could tell I was nervous for my first cleaning in February 2020. Now, six months later for my second appointment she remembered every single detail about my last visit. Of course the cleaning she did was flawless. I also had a metal bar on my bottom row teeth from braces years ago. The bar was falling off and she ended up removing it pain-free. Normally the cleaning afterwards in that area is done in a separate appointment, however Maria consulted with Dr Hakimian and he offered to do it then and there free of charge!! Being furloughed from my job this actually meant the world to me. Between Maria and Dr Hakimian you will get the best service and your teeth will look better than they have in years.

Scheduled for an appointment in May 4 months ago only to get a call that they need to reschedule me as the dentist will not be available on the date I was scheduled for. The earliest reschedule appointment in August. Horrible customer service. Unable to get a hold of them for 1 week.
