I highly recommend Dr. Mauskar and his office. I went in today after not seeing a dentist for a while. He took his time to review my dental history and any concerns. I did have some cracked fillings and even a cracked tooth. One of them needed a crown. Because of the technology in this office, I was able to have the crown completed today within a few hours. It was amazing! Also, he was able to save my cracked tooth with no extra dental work needed!!! I can't say enough great things about him. It is hard to find a good, honest, and upfront dentist. Also, he is very conservative in his treatments.

Dr. Mauskar and the rest of the staff (Raul, Brenda, everyone) go above and beyond to give every patient the best possible experience. Office is so well organized. They are so accommodating which is much appreciated with my busy work schedule. I had Veneers placed today and could not be happier with my outcome and overall experience. He even followed up with me to see how I was doing! This kind of personalized care is just so rare nowadays. Hats off to the whole team! So nice to have such a world class facility so close to home. Dr. Saab made the experience as enjoyable as it could be to go to a dentist. I felt like I wasn't just another patient and she really got to know me and what I needed. Ariana worked closely with Dr. Saab during my treatment and communicated exactly what she was doing and next steps.
When checking out, Hash discussed the breakdown of costs with me and set up an appointment for next time.

This review is specifically about the billing process. The dentist work was great. However, the whole experience at this dentist office has been dampened because of the way the billing department has managed the issue with my insurance. Since my first and only visit in July 2019 to this office, they failed to claim the cost of my work to the insurance I provided. It’s been months that I’ve called to try to solve the problem because now they even sent me to a collection agency because they haven’t gotten paid by the insurance they failed to claim the money from on the first place. I’ve been to the office again to talk to the billing manager and nothing has still been resolved as of February 2020. I don’t think it is fair that my credit is getting ruined because of the mishandling of informacion with my former insurance provider.
I hope this can be resolved soon. This is not acceptable from a dentist office of this caliber. I expected more.

Great Dentistry in a welcoming office.
BUT,
I was quoted a price for work, PAID in Full,
THEN GOT A BILL !
They enrolled me in a "Dental Plan" I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR.
They blame a "3rd Party", who STILL IS BILLING ME on behalf of the "Dentists of Coral Gables", and the issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED.
2nd Late Payment Notice (a month later) threatens "Immediate Collection Actions"
Three weeks apart I was promised the same, "we'll take care of it".
Not yet.

This was my first visit and everyone was very warm and welcoming. The office felt very organized and professional. Using the latest technologies was also a good sign. Dr Mauskar was able to pinpoint exactly what my problem was and immediately recommended a specialist to help me with it. Highly recommend this place!
