This is the best dentist office I have ever visited. I have been a couple times for cleaning and cavity fillings and not once did I feel pain. I now enjoy going to dentist! And the staff are beautiful!

Don’t go to this place. They mislead patients into thinking that they take insurance and later don’t respect your insurance limits and overcharge you as much as they please. It’s a complete scam.
Mirtha Amador, the only dentist there, is the most unprofessional dentist I’ve ever seen. In short, her staff tells you over the phone that they take your insurance (implying that they would respect your insurance limits), they don’t give you an estimate in advance, and then, after your treatment is done, they charge you for everything as if you didn’t have insurance. After I complained about this, they had me waiting for about an hour to then tell me that they had done nothing wrong and I had to pay. I have a good dentist insurance and the basic treatment I received is covered by my insurance. After arriving home from this unfortunate dentist visit and reviewing the information sent by my dental insurance, I confirmed that, assuming they are out-of-network, the most this office could have charged me for the services I received was 20% of $965, which is $193. Instead, my credit card was charged $694.60. They overcharged me $501.60. Not only that, but after my procedure was done, Amador’s staff told me that my balance was $900. Only after I asked for an itemized amount, she showed me a printout that reflected a balance of $694.60. That’s $200 less than the amount she had just asked me to pay a minute before. That means that if I hadn’t asked for an itemization, I was going to be charged $200 more than the $501.60 they ended up overcharging me. This office is a fraud, stay away from it.
12/29/18 update to address the response from the owner (below): Every patient has a right to an estimate “before” the provision of medical services. By refusing to do so (as admitted in the below response), this practice wholly violates Florida Statute 381.026(4)(c)(5), which mandates that “A health care provider or a health care facility shall, upon request, furnish a person, before the provision of medical services, a reasonable estimate of charges for such services.”
Separately, if anyone reading this review is looking for a good dentist, I recommend Dr. Jose Delgado in Brickell, who is excellent, his office is pristine and he complies with the law in being transparent with his fees and whether he takes one’s insurance or not.
