They started out good. Then when I got a tooth pulled without asking how much my part of the bill was over 400.00 dollars. But more to my insurance company, I'm sure. I emailed them to only have them tell me they have tried to call me. Which is untrue. I asked them to send me an email explaining to me the cost of this tooth removal. On paper so I could review it. They have stopped having anything to do with me. If they had not done something wrong, they would not have responded and if it was an error on their part, they couldn't offer to refund the monies. Shame on them.
