I would like to take a minute here and really complaint about a service and billing issue. During my time as an active duty member our dental insurance changed from United Concordia to MetLife in my case the system dropped off and for the longest this dental office has been through collection agency called I C Systems Inc trying to collect a debt of $112 that RIGHTFULLY i do not own. Between MetLife and Concordia they dropped the billing and it should have been corrected by the dentist office. 10 years later I am here still dealing with this company trying to charge me for something that was covered under my active duty military career. Really - they need to correct that immediately.
Update 13Feb18. It looks like they got fixed. Either the ICS deleted from my records the collections or the Dr's office did it. Good on you after so many years of dealing with this.
