My doctor was good, my issue was with the payment, they want to charge me almost $1000 more than what I was suppose to paid and when I told them that the insurance I have covers me more and they told me that NOT, that was their final number. Then I called my insurance and they fix it, because I was right. My question is, what happens with this money in difference that they were going to charge me? I just writhing this review to give you an advice “keep your eyes open….”

This place and their staff are AMAZING! Dr Garces is so sweet, very gentle and caring, and has taken such good care of me, which is no small feat as I have high anxiety at the dentist and have needed extensive work done. She always walks me thru everything that she’s doing and helps to calm me and put me at ease. Domeneque in billing has been phenomenal helping me figure out a payment plan so I’m not overwhelmed and she’s a delightful human to be around. Bright smile and lovely personality. Andrea had the difficult task of giving me an entire round of X-rays while I was crying from the pain (not bc she hurt me but bc I had gotten my wisdom teeth extracted a week before and I had gotten dry socket) and she was so patient with me, kept asking me if I needed a break, brought me water, and even came back to check on me later to make sure I was feeling better.
As much as I dread going to the dentist, I feel safe and as at ease as possible with these ladies.

Incredible experience! Had my teeth whitened and they took such fantastic care of me. Customer service was magnificent! Dr. Suarez and Betty are very knowledgeable, professional and very thorough! This place is the worst dentist place EVER!!
They even stand in front of your face and pressure you to leave a review. I was complaining about my and my kids dentist but this place beats them.
I agree with another person review you have to be a rich person to come here they amount of money they charge is ridiculous and this is with insurance. My husband contacted his insurance and advised that they don’t know what they are doing nor what they are charging.
Yet they say one thing and then say another to then charge you again after paying for something to get done and time passes by nothing gets done.
5 hours to pull out a tooth.
