Doctors Lake Family Dental

This is by far the nicest dentist office I have been in. Not only for cosmetic reasons, but for the professionalism and pure cohesion they maintain as a team. Dr. Boitet is a very kind and caring man. He explains what is going to happen and does it! All the staff, from the front office to the techs to the whole operation is amazing! So grateful for this office! Very veteran friendly and that is truly appreciated! Thank you Doctors Lake Family Dental!

Great place!! the staff is very professional and welcoming! I was very happy to see the office so decorated and clean after being there for so many years it looks brand new! Ms. Heather is so nice and was so helpful. I am glad to have found them. The front desk and everyone in the office greeted me and were all so nice. I will definitely be going back!

Had a great visit at Doctors Lake this week. I was nervous at first since I was getting multiple fillings done, and also getting some wisdom teeth extracted 2 days after, but after my first session with Dr. Shimunov and Assistant Kaitlin, they both made me feel a lot better about my visits going forward. They have great chemistry together and the Dr was great at making me feel comfortable, while the assistant was determined to ensure I let them know of any pain or discomfort. (I didn’t feel any pain by the way). Bias’s aside I would highly recommend this location to anyone worrying about past bad experiences, this location will treat you like family.

This is the second time we have had our cleanings done. The entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate how much care and commitment they have to providing the best service possible. It feels like a family atmosphere. My 5 year old son has done an amazing job with the hygienist. She’s so patient with him and explains everything to him as she is working

Absolutely cannot say enough good things about my experience at Dr Rayner’s office. He is awesome and kind and skilled. His staff is amazing from top to bottom! Angela is patient to explain it all financially and so thorough. Kristi puts you at ease, goes over every detail of the surgery, such a wonderful person. They are organized and are reasonable with their fees, doing anything they can to help. EVERYONE in there is kind, helpful and reassuring. I was terrified honestly with all the first phase entailed. The bone grafting, tooth extraction and sinus lift. They made it almost painless!! It truly was! Choose this office and know you will be getting the best care available. Thank you to everyone there. I am beyond grateful.

The best experience with a dentist I've ever had. The whole staff was awesome and understood that I was not a fan of dental work. Dr. McMillin is so very gentle and treated me like a human being being and not an invoice. I will be sending my whole family here as well as friends. Thank you so much!

My appointment was for a dental cleaning at the Fleming Island office. The hygienist I see is Cynthia.
I am very happy with her. She is very gentle, but thorough. She is sweet, funny, and very personable. I look forward to my visits. I love knowing my teeth are nice and clean.

I have been a patient of Dr. Boitet's since the early 80's. He has seen me through a lot with compassion and caring. I have followed him all over town. He is the Very best. He is not only a wonderful dentist, but a kind man. He truly cares for his patients. I have always felt confident and safe under his care.

Love this office! the hygienists are amazing and the doc has a comforting bedside manner. Very thorough and takes the time to talk with you and answer your questions. If I had one suggestion for the team it would pertain to the check out process. They have tried to collect fees from me before billing my insurance. Bill my insurance first instead of guessing what they will cover. I’d rather get a bill with anything I owe after you’ve made the effort. If you just communicate that it might result in a bill then I’m good with it. It feels like that don’t want to be bothered taking that extra step. Other than that, very pleased with this office.
