Loved it all! Cynthia was amazing. I also spent a few minutes with Dr Shimonov who was delightful.The office is beautiful with tributes to our military and Halloween displays galore! There's also a lovely playroom for kids while they wait. The staff are all very friendly and appear to all work together for the best office ever. From the research I did today, I can see this is not just a business, it's a family. I think Dr. Boitet and his staff have created a unique place that I will feel at home with for a long time. I am truly impressed.. and did I mention that after having a procedure that was expected to be somewhat uncomfortable later today, I have not experienced any pain or irritation at all. My whole mouth feels very normal, with no swelling, tenderness or discomfort. A+

Front office is welcoming and staff are cordial, helpful and proactive. Dental technician and dentist took the time to establish a friendly rapport with me as a new patient. Both were professional, courteous and took medical history into account thereby insuring a high level of confidence going forward with dental procedures.

Love coming here, my usual hygienist is Hannah and makes my cleanings such an enjoyable experience. I did have to go in for the loathed, root canal and crown, with Dr. Mcmillin and Alyssa. While I was nervous they made it as easy as possible. Everything was explained step by step and experienced zero pain, in a relaxing environment and received quality work.

Always a pleasant visit at Doctors Lake Family Dental. My hygienist, Danielle, is wonderful every time! Very gentle and thorough. The Dentists are also very thorough and professional. Exceeds expectations.

His standard of care has always been the highest and it’s reflected in every hygienist and dental professional that has provided services for me. I always leave Doctors Lake Family Dental impressed with how wonderful their staff is. Everyone is always so patient and kind, they take their time to explain things, and you can tell they have their patients best interest at heart.

I've been a patient for 30 years and can't say enough positive things about Dr Boitet and his staff! I have referred many people to them over the years and all have become long term patients as well. It's now a 45 minute drive for me but well worth every minute! Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Dr. Shimunov and his assistant Kaitlin well exceeded my expectations with my first visit. I had the dreadful diagnosis of needing my first root canal and my first crown and im so thankful that I had it done here by Dr. Shimunov. He was educational, thorough, and most importantly, gentle. the assistant's room helped my anxiety a ton as it felt homie and surprisingly relaxing. It is easy to see that she takes pride in what she does and making sure her patients are comfortable.
My favorite experience though would be that they take the time to talk to you. I could tell that every person I encountered at this office really enjoys their job and have a passion for dentistry. When you enjoy doing something, you do it well. Even the front desk girls were amazing. I had questions about my insurance and they were more than happy to look into my question and have answers. 10/10 recommend :)

Dr. DePetris is the best! He treats you like family, and makes you feel comfortable, I would have never thought I would say that about a dentist. Thank you!!! I will continue ro recommend him to all my friends and family!!!

Your not gonna find a better dentist office, period. Dr. Biotet isn't just a dentist, he's an artist and a perfectionist. Two great qualities you want your dentist to have. There is good reason for this office being consistently "Best in Jacksonville.". They earned it!
