Doctors Lake Family Dental

The whole staff is amazingly helpful, professional, and thoughtful. The dentist addressed all my concerns and explained in detail what he was doing and why. I highly recommend this place.

I was terrified of feeling any pain whatsoever, and not only did they calm me down, but they were extremely professional, very friendly, and kept their word by making sure that I would not feel a thing!
I’m not necessarily looking forward to the rest of the work that I need done, but if I had to have it done, this is exactly where I would want to go and will go!
Thank you to everyone who made me feel like I was the only patient in the whole building!

Dr Shiminov is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s the MVP in dentistry. I am the anxious type and dread a simple teeth cleaning, but his calming demeanor and his expertise in his craft really helped me remain relaxed throughout my cleaning. I have a million other things I can be doing, but I wanted to take the time to give this doctor the thumbs up he deserves! A great hire Doctor’s Lake Family Dental!!! (The entire staff is excellent btw)

Love this dental office. Warm, efficient, knowledgeable, kind, understanding. Arrived on time. Taken back almost immediately. A couple questions and then xrays. Saw Dr.Boitet, which is always a pleasant experience. Discussed the problem and the options, made a follow up appointment and went about the rest of my day. All good stuff!

I guess I’m not really a “new”patient anymore, but the practice still treats me the very nice way they did from the beginning! Everyone that I’ve had contact with at this office..the receptionists, the hygienists, and the dentist, have all been very kind! They are personable, but always professional. They take their time to help make you feel at ease and explain everything thoroughly. They respect your concerns and your qualms (if you happen to have any dental anxieties, like myself!) The entire office is also calm and spotless. Consistently! Dr McMillin, Hannah and Meagan have been wonderful! I feel like they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my care and confident in their abilities. I am so glad I found and chose this practice! Sometimes it can be hard to find a good fit, but you know when you do and Doctors Lake is that way! I would highly recommend them!

Fortunately, There were no issues, I was in for a routine cleaning. The dentist, Dr. McMillan, was his usual congenial self and Hannah was very efficient and pleasant. The girls at the front desk were very professional and shared a sense of humor. Glad I found this practice.

Check in took all of 3 seconds. Everyone was professional in the way they explained all of my options of what needed to be done. I have always been seen on time and received the best dental service I have gotten anywhere. My daughter did me a big favor by recommending this office to me.

Checked reviews and researched for a dentist for some crowns. Decided on Doctors Lake family dental in the spring of 2021. Paid over $6,000 and was satisfied with the dentist and staff. Had dental insurance that was used for a fraction of the total cost as you may well know. Anyway, on December 19th of 2022 I was expecting a call when the phone rang. It happened to be a creditor saying a balance of $387.00 was owed. I told them I never received any notification from the dental office. I hung up and called the dental office and spoke to the billing coordinator. She advised me phone attempts and mailings were attempted and I didn’t respond. I advised I received no voicemail or mail regarding debt. She advised me she would get in touch with me the first of the year and we could sit down and come to a resolution as I was ticked about a call 5 days before Christmas saying I owed over $300. So, January 16th 2023 rolls around and the creditor calls me again. I told them I get off work soon and will personally go to the office for resolution in this dispute. I had on my phone all my voicemails from as far back as 2018 that I wanted to present to them as evidence no one from their office left a message for me concerning debt. After waking in the lobby a young girl tells me the billing person it’s out sick and will get back with me when she returns. On January 30th the creditor called again and said they were going to send an email to the dentist regarding contacting me. February 2nd 2023 the creditor supervisor calls me and is putting the claim in dispute and says my credit will be affected. I paid the balance to avoid this as it was not about the money. I was seeking to find out where the problem occurred. Now after personally being LIED to by both the billing department and front reception area staff about the office calling me it’s clear to me who’s honest here. Perhaps Doctors Lake Family Dental prefers three hundred dollars more than a happy repeat future customer. Good bye and good riddance. PS don’t lie!

Alyssa is so nice and wonderful, talked me through the whole process of my first filling since childhood! The doctors are great as well, so nice!
