I was a bit skeptical about what to expect of this visit.
The front office staff were fairly new and still learning their jobs but very nice. The issue they struggled with the most was our insurance. Once we got there, gave them our insurance and the letter stating they are our assigned Dentist then it went smoother. We had our x-rays and a consult with Dr Park who was nice. I will be back to see her again. We then had our teeth cleaned by Ashley who is super nice and very good at her job. Overall, this is a good dental office, just need to give them time to work out any issues.

Have tried twice this month to get my teeth cleaned. First try was told after waiting 30 minutes the only doctor scheduled to be there that day was in the emergency room. Fine, stuff happens. Got another appointment for 2 weeks later. This time after waiting for 45 minutes they tell me their phone lines and internet are down so they can’t verify my insurance and I would have to reschedule. No thank you- I’ll go somewhere else at this point.

I got a cleaning today and my doctor is nice and work well done. Having my lower front teeth retainer next month. Hopefully everything will be fine. I am excited to have on to improve my smile no more teeth gap.

Appts start promptly. My regular dentist and my orthodontist are fantastic. All questions answered. Friendly staff, professional. Best dental office I've ever been to (I have been coming to this office in Fleming Island for quite some time, that comment was prior to my most recent appt of 10/27/22). This appointment there was new staff, not sure who my regular dentist is yet. My orthodontist is the same as before. After checking in, I was met by new dental tech who asked if I was ready. As we walked to the dentist chair she asked me what my name was? Once in the dentist chair I was advised on how much my procedure was going to cost. I was asked to provide payment at that time (cash or credit) I never had to do that on any prior visit or at least that I can remember. I got my teeth cleaned by the dental tech. After about 30 or more mins I met a new dental hygienist that performed my dental maintenance. It was a bit more aggressive than my prior visits. My most recent appointment on 01/02/23 - Well this time things have changed for the better. I was happily attended to by a new dental tech/hygienist. My experience this time was a pleasurable one. No discomfort or pain at all. All went great.

I was worked in upon referral from another office. The staff and the dentist I saw today, Dr. Park were fantastic! Dr. Park explained my options and gave me good suggestions regarding a treatment plan.

Dentist was not very understanding/kind to my teen daughter. I really liked the Dentist before her. Orthodontist there is great.

They were great at first visit, however since 2 days ago no one is answering the phone. We had to call answering service for emergency call but still no call back. Since then have
set up appointment on website but still nothing. Very disappointed 😞.

I drove almost an hour to this location, passing up multiple dental offices along the way, simply because I heard the level of customer service, professionalism and care at this location was fantastic. They certainly did not disappoint!! The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and patient with me. My wait was very brief. The dental assistant made me feel very comfortable, was super friendly and thorough. The doctor was caring, knowledgeable and attentive. She addressed all my concerns and made my comfort a priority. The dental hygienist who performed my cleaning was very gentle and truly did a wonderful job on getting even my most stubborn problem areas cleaned excellently! I am so happy I drove the extra miles to this location. Everyone involved was wonderful, my experience was seamless and they have most definitely earned my loyalty. I will recommend this location to everyone. Thank you so much, ladies! Y'all are awesome!!

Dr. Garcia and her team are amazing!!! I am the biggest chicken when it comes to going to the dentist,, like almost a panic attack. I have had a lot of dental work done by Dr. Garcia and she always made sure I was comfortable and the procedure was painless. I cannot stress enough how gentle she is and caring. I actually do not freak out before going to my appointments now because I know I am in great hands. I already told her she can never leave the practice and if she does I will go wherever she goes. The staff is always friendly and joking which helps ease the nerves. I would 100% recommend going here if you’re a chicken or just want a caring dental experience.
