If you’re looking to sit in a tiny, packed waiting room with people wearing their masks incorrectly (nose hanging out) then this is the place for you. My family has used Greenberg for years with no issues. Very disappointed and concerned about the lack of regard for covid-19 and especially that proper mask usage is not enforced. I expected more from what I thought was a great dental office.

Dr Garcia and manager, made a huge lies for putting me on phone for over 8 minutes long and decided to tell me it's best to see another dentist with no reasons! They are very rude lied. As customer's please DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Go to dentist they care about you as well being! As put customer's first!!!! Poor rating!!!!!

I always enjoy visiting Dr. Garcia and the dental crew. They’re fun , knowledgeable and my visit was very quick! Front desk staff was very professional and friendly. The Fleming office will be my dental office forever.

Im sorry... but I just have to post this review because I am fed up with this LOCATION & STAFF! I arrived for 2 appointments for my children and was told it was at a different time other than what was scheduled and this wasnt the FIRST TIME this has happened!! The first time I really thought I may have mixed the dates up but nope...wasnt me. It happened again and now this is the third. I am a nurse & work 2 jobs, so not only did I leave WORK early, I also had to go pick up my kids early FROM SCHOOL. The so called "manager" KIRSTEN...which was VERY rude and inconsiderate just told me I have to reschedule and they did not have an opening any time soon. Well here we are again...put off for another MONTH OR TWO because of THEIR screw up! KIRSTEN didn't even bother to investigate or ask any questions on why this has happened 3 times & quite frankly wasn't concerned or cared at all. Didnt even offer to work us in...nothing. When I was leaving she told me to "HAVE A GOOD DAY very sarcastically while my son was holding his jaw in pain...smh My son is in pain and now since they have put us off a third time...I have to spend more money to take him to an emergency dentist other than the one he was ESTABLISHED WITH! EVERYTIME I have walked in this office is has not been a good experience, either with the STAFF NEGLIGENCE & UNPROFESSIONALISM OR SCHEDULING. We are just another NUMBER on the schedule for them. So if you are looking for a PROFESSIONAL & COMPASSIONATE Dental office...STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. and yes I did contact their corporate office because Kirsten told me that they dont have Managers that they only have a corporate office down south, which I have not heard ANYTHING from them either. Finding a new dentist. GOOD LUCK!

Was very concerned, when the tech that was checking us in did not wash his hands or put on clean gloves when he came in the room to do my son's exams. Mind you we have gone here before never had an issue all the employees before did the right thing, even the doctor came in the room and wash her hands and put on new gloves in front of us. This guy when he came in the room with the xray equipment already had gloves on and then proceeded to then handled my son's exam when l asked him if he was not going to wash his hands he then said he did already in another room and he doesn't really use that room and his gloves was in the other room..now correct if l am wrong aren't they supposed to wash and clean their hands in front of you and not the next room?

They were very kind and patient with me. Answered all my questions and reassured any worried I had. They walked and talked me through everything that needed to be done. Highly recommend this dentist and their office 👌

Dr. Garcia and Elijah were great! But Greenberg has 19 offices in the North Florida area and only ONE Endodontist, who only works two days a week!?! That’s ridiculous.

This office is everything and more! My daughter was anti-dentist until we began going here. The dentist is sweet and patient and the staff is friendly and thoughtful. Great place to take your kids! I would highly recommend it!
