What a horrible dentist office from the initial call to having to walk out. I tried to set up an appt via their website 4 separate times and was NEVER replied too... My wife then calls only to get an answering service on 3 different occasions... That doesn’t make much sense because if you walk into this office you will see at minimum 2 girls at the front desk but most of the time 3 so how about answering the phone... I understand you have an answering service but that’s not what you want when your a customer simply trying to schedule an appointment. I was finally able to make an appt for 1:15 pm which was done on purpose because like most folks I have a busy schedule and prefer if possible to be in and out.
My appt was right after their lunch breaks so when I walked in at 1:05 pm I was the ONLY customer in the waiting area. I waited until 1:38 pm and finally got up and walked out. At no time was I engaged about what the wait was for or any other type of greeting. What I see from my view is a franchise and not an independent dentist office which is usually more engaging where the atmosphere is very family oriented. This place is set up like a clinic in downtown Jacksonville... 2 days later I haven’t received anytype of follow up call which is no surprise. There’s literally 50 dentist options in Clay County so I would for sure avoid this place...

Doctor Garcia is an incompetent lazy dentist that screwed up my mouth. She claimed that she may make a mistake before she even started. I was worried from the time that she saw me to the time I left. I ended up having to leave and go see another dentist same day ASAP. I do not recommend anyone to go to the Greenberg in Fleming Island until Dr. Garcia is gone.

The only reason I am giving Greenburg Dental of Fleming Island even 2 stars is because the front desk staff was very nice.
I have taken my teen here a few times and will not be returning to this facility. Whether you are the very first patient of the day or the last, you will be sitting there waiting for a while to be seen.
I brought my teen in for a 6 month prophy (cleaning) and an initial doctor exam and he was in and out within 15 minutes. It's impossible to do a thorough cleaning, fluoride and exam in that short of a period of time. Neither the dentist nor the hygienist even came out to talk to me.
As a healthcare administrator, this is not good practice.

I have not been to the dentist in years but I chipped my tooth chewing gum... no idea how I did that but went to Greenberg in Fleming Island since my insurance covered it. What a great place!!! They ensured I was comfortable from start to finish. And the Dr was cute too. Lol. Highly recommend
