Sierra at the front desk was instrumental in scheduling an appointment for my daughter's lost retainer. The reason that it was so impressive was that the Orthodontic staff was not on hand to make the appointment and she went way above and beyond to call them at another location to schedule it.

I waited 40 minutes to see the dentist for something that was already identified by an earlier appointment. After the 3 minute visit she referred me to see an endodonist. What a waste of an hour.
