Absolutely amazing! My family of five al go here and I've not had one issue. My oldest has braces and he just recently got them removed. Dr. Long on the orthoside is very through and makes sure you walk out with understanding everything....We have also seen Dr. Garcia on the dentist side and she is amazing as well and definitely tends to cowards (as I am). I also want to give big kudos to ortho assistant Mrs. Wendy. She heard me telling my son he may need to drive as i felt like I was going to pass out and she immediately jumped to assist me and get me right! She recognized I was having low sugar as a diabetic. I am extremely thankful for her help that day.

Francis was amazing and charismatic. She was very knowledgeable and made the cleaning feel at ease.

Wonderful first time experience. I can’t wait for my next visit. They were accommodating and so understanding. They made me feel at ease and I have severe anxiety especially when it comes to the dentist. Great atmosphere between staff members too. Lively and positive!

Only giving 2 stars to this place.... first it'd be nice if they had benches outside because it is literally freezing inside the building, so we have to stand outside and wait. They seem to overbook because the wait time is almost 30 minutes long. The place isn't the cleanest especially when you go into your room. The shelves are dirty with the tools on them, the floors are dirty, the waiting room is like sitting in a prison - it's certainly not classy or welcoming. The reason I didn't give it 1 star is because the staff is friendly and so are the doctors.

Very limited scheduling unfortunately due to high demand. I live about 30 miles from this office and was running late for a 7 AM appointment, tried to call 3 times on my way to notify them. No one answered. Once I got an answer, I was 2 minutes away and they notified me that they would not take me despite me trying to call for 20 minutes. I don’t think 2 minutes would have changed their day, as I find myself sitting and waiting for long periods of time in dentist appointments. 60 mile round trip for nothing.

I had a dental emergency . I called 4 different dentists that all gave me appointments 3 weeks out. Greenberg in Fleming was able to take me the next morning , with explanation that I may have a wait time, but that they would squeeze me in. The ladies at the front desk were so nice. The dental assistant Paula (from 103rd office) was amazing. Dental work gives me major anxiety but she made me so relaxed, and Dr.Park was so great- she put me at ease and took care of me, fixed me up and was out much sooner than I thought- barely waited any time! Dr.Park and Paula are a great pair! A big thanks to Tasha from the OP office who I spoke with on the phone and guided me to the Fleming office-because OP wasn’t available.

I had a 7 a.m. appointment which is the first for the day. The hygienist reported to work at 7:10. When I was taken, 7:17 a.m., she got down to business in about 4 more minutes. When it was time to use the powered scaler there was no water! She went to get help and was told that we had to move rooms as that room had issues with the water yesterday! Why didn’t those who knew I form her about this??
Once all the kinks were ironed out, things progressed well.

The people I spoke with were very engaging, informative, and helpful. The person who cleaned my teeth, however, did a sub-par job: he sprayed the water jet more on my gums than anything, and dragged the electric cleaning toothbrush along my lower lip, which left it sore for a long while afterwards. I've had many cleanings at this location before, all of which were much better than this time.

It has been years since seeing a dentist. Dr. Park and Keisha put me at ease. Heigenist was great. Totally recommend.

A lot of staffing changes in the Fleming office but actually seemed to run more efficiently than my last visit. We started my cleaning shortly after checkin and on time for my appointment.
