Went to 2 separate locations.. 1 by night box and this one in flemming Island. Both canceled my appointment with no possible reschedule due to dentists leaving or getting sick.
Plus even though they cancelled my appointments their automated system kept reminding me of appointments that no longer exist.

Fleming Island office was closed when I got there at the time of the appointment. Sign on the door said sorry for the inconvenience. No voice mail, one text the day before reminding me of the appointment. Then I got a text asking me to leave a review as if I had completed the appointment. So here I am.

Very slow. Had a 9:00 am appt and had to ask at 9:30 how much longer. Took me back and just for X-rays and the dentist visit no cleaning took another 25 minutes

I had a dental emergency on a Friday- a temporary cap had popped off - and this office worked me in so I didn't have to go through the weekend in pain. I was extremely thankful but I can't give 5 stars just yet.
The dental assistant who reattached the cap until my full appointment next week did not set the cap correctly and now my teeth don't meet. I can't close my mouth and I can't chew food! I will be back in their office first thing Monday morning and, based on the wonderful treatment I received today, I am sure they will make the necessary adjustment. I will be sure and update my rating to a 5 when that happens.
