Everyone on the staff is very nice. Everytime I went in, I feel like I'm catching up with old friends. If you are looking for a dentist that will put your mind at ease, this is the place to go.

Would give ZERO stars if I could!! This place is a joke! Horrible service. They take all of your money and expect you to pay ahead of time. Once you are paid off, they have the right to discontinue you and say you are non compliant if you miss an appointment! But yet, they schedule the appointments out 8 weeks to numerous months ahead of time and DO NOT call you to confirm or remind you of the appointment. As I was told it is their policy to NOT CALL AND CONFIRM appointments. So when you miss the appointment they can then discontinue your service and keep all of your money and not refund anything. They are a joke and set up their patients to steal their money and not provide service that you have already paid for in advance. Go anywhere else but here!! Find real professionals because these people are not it!

This is,. by far, the most welcoming & professionally run dental office! Always cheerful staff, not on their cellphones, or talking about their dates the night before or on private phone calls. Very refreshing atmosphere! They live up to their statement, "We cater to cowards". I've been a witness to their statement!
I highly recommend Greenberg Dental. I use Fleming Island location.

Fleming Island location communication is awful. When questioned about what coverage provided by insurance they simply stopped answering the phone. Insurance said one price and office said no you have to pay more. Office staff seemed bothered that they had to work.

Wonderful practice and staff, always busy but for good reason. Thanks so much for all you’ve done for our family.

This was my first experience with this dentist. I must say I was very pleased with front desk staff as well as my experience with X-Rays and cleaning personal. . So will make appt in six months for cleaning.

Dr Garcia and the entire staff are amazing. The office is very professional . Some feel going to the dentist is not a pleasant experience. This office brings a ray of sunshine to your day.☀

I chose Greenburg Dental & Orthodontics in general because they’re on my dental plan as a preferred provider. My experiences at both Blanding locations had been “hit or miss.” I have extremely sensitive teeth & gums and the North Blanding office was such a bad experience I put off going for over a year even though I previously went every 6 months. The female dentist there in 2019-2020 looked at my teeth and said “this is all patchwork!” She was referring to the bonding I’d had done over the years. Nonetheless, it was embarrassing and not good customer service. I didn’t go back to her. The South Blanding location was better but the hygienist I was referred to for my sensitivity issues stopped going there or left. Anyway I decided to give the Fleming Island office a try before changing my dental plan all together. I’ve been twice now and their service is great! I feel valued as a customer. I’m now planning to have that “patchwork” fixed appropriately because the dentist there is thoughtful and professional. Not sure of her name but she’s young with blondish hair (I think). There’s also a male Dr./Hygienist (?) there who is awesome and thorough but is glad to numb me before cleaning my teeth. I’m a 58 yr old down-to-earth, health care professional male and I’d recommend this office, hygienist and dentist to anyone.
