Island Dentistry

Today was my first visit to their office. Once I signed in, I was immediately taken on a tour of their facility (it was beautiful). As a person who fears the dentist, I was extremely nervous. However, my fears quickly subsided due to their excellent patient care. The staff and dentist made me feel calm, safe & explained my care step by step. I highly recommend Island Dentistry, you won't be disappointed!

I was recommended to Dr. Scales by a friend. From the first phone call to the initial visit, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and customer service skills of Dr. Scales' staff. Doris spent about 20 minutes listening to my concerns and my dental needs. She explained their procedures in detail and until she felt that I was comfortable with how they would be able to help me. Lynn was just as eager to make my visit comfortable and reassuring. Dr. Scales was very reassuring and I felt that my overal dental health was very important to him and that cosmetics would come after. I am now set up with a plan that satisfies my initial request for my visit and I am actually looking forward to working with Dr. Scales and his staff. Thank you to everyone.

I had a great experience today and always have after being with this company for about 3 years my smile has never looked better. Tracy handles herself professional while making you feel comfortable. Always will recommend to family and friends.

Like most wives and moms I had a tendency of putting everyone's needs before my own and having had 10 beautiful children I haven't always taken the best care of myself, especially my teeth. Choosing Island Dentistry to assist me in making my smile something I can be confident about was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Not only are Dr. Scales and his staff knowledgeable and pleasant, but they are also caring (not to mention funny). Every now and then God gives us something that many may deem insignificant or just a normalcy, I call them God's little golden nuggets. Island Dentistry you are GOLDEN :D

Going to a dentist is no longer stressful or full of anxiety. Dr scales care so much about his patients and their comfort it's beyond words. His office is a safe place to go. I'll repeat again there is no stress or anxiety when you need any type of dental work done. His staff goes above and beyond for all your needs. It's the first time I've seen a dentist put the patient first and understand where they're coming from.

I have just finished a root canal with Dr. Marino and I have to say this was a very good experience when you think a about root canals. I did not have any pain what so ever. Dr. Marino is caring and makes sure you are comfortable with what he is doing. I am very happy with what feels like a new tooth. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I am so happy my daughter told me about this place. My husband is going there also. Thank you Dr. Marino.

Always a wonderful experience at this office. The staff is extremely welcoming and are great at making you feel comfortable. I have been going to this dental office for several years and don’t see that ever changing. Little to no wait time with my scheduled appointments. Highly recommend!!

In our experience of four years with Dr. Scales and his office everyone has been very professional and very friendly. Dr. Scales is an excellent and caring dentist and extremely competent. He has done wonderful repairs on our teeth. The office is clean and attractive and pleasant to enter.
