Had my first cleaning since my braces were removed today. My appt was at 2 and I was seen at 2:05. Office staff was pleasant as always. My dental hygienist was very friendly and remembered me from my prior visit. She was very personable and was interested in what I had to say. She remembered my problems from last time and proceeded with care when necessary. I definitely would suggest this office to anyone needing a good and reliable dentist;

Today I was a new patient w Dr Scales and staff. I’ve been seeing my current dentist for 29 years. I have been happy and such but he cut his hours back and it’s difficult to get in. I was referred by family to come here. I was previously in the dental field myself. I was so impressed from the time I entered to the time I left. The staff was very welcoming and professional. The office is state of the art. Very clean and they practiced sterile technique well. Dr Scales was great. Shelby was my hygienist and she was wonderful. Very light handed and explained everything very well as did Dr S . I wanted to come today for a cleaning to see how it went. I was very pleased. I’d highly recommend this dental office.

Called the office at 6:30 am after being up all night with toothache. They got me right in. We recently moved to Georgia but I won’t be changing my dentist. ❤️

This was my first time at the Fleming Island Dentistry for preventative care. I was so pleased with the services and care received by all. Ashley, my dental hygienist did my x rays and performed a lengthy gentle cleaning. Dr Scales, dentist was very good as he explained my necessary treatments as a result of the x-rays. Overall, outstanding services! I plan to return.

I called with a small emergency and they got me in the same day. I'm so pleased with the entire staff. I was treated with so much kindness and respect for my situation. I Love how every aspect of my care and treatment was explained to me and the Doctor thoroughly listened to my concerns and addressed every issue that I had. No rush with my care and that was so important to me. I highly recommend Island Dentistry. Thanks for a Awesome first appointment.

We miss you, Dr. Scales! We have often thought about traveling the 400 miles back to Florida just for the great service and awesome expertise of Dr. Scales and his staff. That is how good they are. Our current dentist was blown away at the incredible work that Dr. Scales did on my son, Timothy's, teeth, and believe me, it was a lot. And, they bent over backwards to help us make the payments. You won't find a better dentist and staff anywhere. We wish we could take Dr. Scales with us wherever we go. So do yourself a favor and make an appointment at Island Dentistry.

I didn't want to knock out my old review when I edited this post, so I'll leave it here: This is my second review for Island Dentistry. The first was about a year ago, and today, if I could, I would give them a 10-star rating. Island Dentistry not only continues to provide the highest level of professional care, but also a genuine concern for the patients. My kids and I are always greeted with a warm atmosphere and a warm smile. Oh, and coffee. Yeah, love the coffee! So, again, thumbs way up for Island Dentistry!
