This place has some very hateful nasty people . I would advise too stay away from this place !! In fact I would highly recommend for anybody that has made appointments at this place not too GO !! This place is a complete joke !! Why I say this ?? Bc of them stealing money from my account !!! My statement that I got from them says 1 amount ., Then too get something else in the mail telling me they STOLE !!!!??? EXTRA 54.00 $$ Look at the reviews of this place .. wouldn’t that tell you something ??? 2.9 Stay away from

It felt as if I had taken my car in for an oil change and they tried to up sell me to buy a radiator flush and new brakes.

Update: run from this place -very deceptive business. Went in for my free 6 month cleaning, but they said I needed the $170 job. I will never step inside this place again.

I went in to have four wisdom teeth removed. Besides needing an unusual amount of anesthesia, the procedure went very smoothly. The Oral surgeon made a point to call me several times, on a Friday night, to make sure I was doing well and to answer any questions I had.

BAD BAD BAD. I just moved to Gainesville and cracked a tooth in early September. I called Aspen Dental and explained my condition (in discomfort), but they said I had to have a new patient appointment first. The first available appointment was 2 weeks away. So for 2 weeks I got by on Motrin and Tylenol. A half hour before my appointment, they called and said the X-ray machine was broken, and they couldn't see me. I explained again that I was in discomfort, and I had the x-rays from my old dentist that were less than 6 months old. Nope, they couldn't see me without new X-rays, but they would call me back to reschedule. tick, tick, tick.....its now been over a week since they canceled my appointment and they haven't called yet! I'm not sure how the dentists are at Aspen because I never got seen, but if their office staff is any indication of Aspen Dental, STAY AWAY. (By the way, I called another local dental office, Greenleaf, and they saw me 2 days later, and I had a great experience there. Not as modern and flashy, but very professional)

I went to Aspen in Gainesville FL with a tooth pain, I was happy that Jeff, the manager was able to schedule my appointment tha same day! I was treated very professionally, The assistant Alvonshay was very kind and was able to take x rays even with all the pain I had. Dr Son is amazing! He made me feel confortable and explained very clearly what I needed to do. I had a very bad infection so He gave me antibiotics and see me 2 days after for extraction. The pain was unbearable but Dr Son, and asistants Freida and Alvonshay were there to comfort me. I cannot thank enough to Aspen Dental in Gainesville and all the staff for helping me solve my problem! I am now pain free and looking forward to continue to improve my oral health! I recommend this practice 100% The Best!

Had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed there. All was well, however, after the fact, a collection agency started calling me about a bill I owed them. I called Aspen Dental to get things cleared up and they said it was a glitch and not to worry and they will take care of it. I checked my credit report recently and this collection agency has besmirched my record. I called Aspen recently and was told that they would call back later that day and never did. If they handle things properly I will update my review.

I wasn't that impressed. The billing hasn't given me much issue but I keep receiving bills in the mail that they claim was incorrectly issued to insurance and that was what they were to cover, just ignore it. That seems a little sketchy so I'm wading that out. The only staff member I liked was my hygienist who was good for two cleanings a left the company. I hated the dentist, he was abrasive physically and when he was speaking to you. Overall I'm not a fan and after todaya appointment I'll have utilized the visits I've already paid for, and will no longer return.

Very professional and friendly staff from reception, x rays, dentist exam, financing and denture impressions. Treated with respect and kindness in every step I have started in having the process of complete extraction of all remaining teeth, to having dentures made.

I refrained from giving one star because the medical staff is exceptional and do a very good job. However, some of the administrative and billing staff are subpar. First, it is absolutely impossible to reach them by phone. You are forced to go to the office to resolve anything. Also, and most importantly, they forget to clear your billing account. I was receiving COLLECTION notices for a bill I paid months ago. Absurd. After weeks of attempting to resolve the issue over the phone, I finally had to go into the office to get this corrected (which is a burden considering I do not live in Gainesville). I thank the afternoon staff present on March 2, 2021 for concerning themselves with my issue.

Very thorough professional friendly staff! Though my treatment plan is really expensive and my options to pay were limited the finance manager Jeff was detemined to work with me. We were able to start part of the work on my mouth and then set up future appointments as well as a payment plan to continue $11,000 worth of work that I feel I need and want because I truly love to smile and due to a car accident that left me in a coma I lost a few teeth and there was severe trauma and damage to my mouth. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Son, the hygienist Brandy and all the Aspen Dental staff to get my healthy happy smile back! I think the best investment a person can make is a healthy investment in oneself. All the best everyone and I sincerely hope this review helps someone in some way. Happy 2018.
