Appointments are always starting late, they cancel your appointment & don't tell you till you show up, scheduling is a nightmare. Once they get your money, they don't seem to care. You have to come in & demand to be seen to get issues taken care of. They add stuff in that you don't need on your plan such as an expensive electric toothbrush.

I've been coming here for about 2 years now and for about the last 6 months my dentist has been Dr.Analidyz Lemus and I absolutely LOVE her!!!! She so sweet and she always so polite and kind as well and gentle when working on my teeth and her dental hygienist is amazing as well i would recommend her to everyone!!!!

They called me in right on time. No waiting. Very thorough with my examination n x-rays. Everyone was friendly with happy smiling faces. This was my first visit n I would recommend them.

First off, I waited in the lobby for at least half an hour. Then, they took me back and did my x-rays, and then I waited another half an hour for anyone to come look at my teeth. Finally, someone comes and pokes around my mouth for about 3 minutes and then tells me I have 5 cavities; one in each wisdom tooth and 1 in an adjacent molar. The one in the molar would need to be filled and my wisdom teeth removed. I was then sent over to their financial counseling department (the fact that they even have a separate department for this should throw up red flags) and was given a quote for about $2500.
The next week I went to another local dentist. I do not have any cavities. My wisdom teeth are fine.

My husband went here 4 years ago, great then , I (PennyTilley) just went on 8/20. Could not have had a better experience, Covid cautious, all polite, very patient, thorough , and explained everything . Thank you to all the staff from someone AFRAID of going to dentist.

Went to my first appointment yesterday, they were very helpful and definitely know what they are doing 👍 they were all very nice, especially Denise. She sat down with me and went over expences and the break down of what i would need and how much it would cost and she answered all the questions i had. I defintely will be staying with this office.

I'm happy to go here and even changed my insurance to make sure I can keep coming here. Clean, good equipment, hygienists are gentle but thorough. Only complaint is that I've never had an appointment that wasn't rescheduled.

So happy to have found Aspen Dental and am happy with the service from everyone - office personnel, dentists, techs, etc. Nice people who make something unpleasant (getting dentures) pleasant. Thank you. Have a way to go yet but am sure that the great service will continue.
