Dr Bert was able to see me when no one else was he actually contacted me over the weekend and made me feel like I was an individual not a number I am never going anywhere else but here I suggest you do the same because they care!

Not the best experience here. Staff is friendly but Dr. Bertram appeared uncaring about my visit. It was only after I made my appointment that I saw the negative reviews and ratings on Google; and now I see why.

Terrible, unprofessional, awful customer service, treated my 8 yr old like an adult and wouldn't work on his mouth! Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy! Pediatric should be taken off of the name because they're terrible with kids and lack patience! Take your money elsewhere! Rudest Dr on earth!

Took my kids to Dr Hughes and had a wonderful experience first off the ladies at the front counter were very friendly and made my kids feel welcome then the lady Chris was wonderful at greeting them and making them feel easy going back and I was even told I could go back with them if I wanted too, this made me feel very confident in the staff .
Children each came out separate with Dr Hughes that took his time to tell me how each was doing with their teeth and their needs
I greatly appreciated his time and my children's teeth Samantha and Lukes looked fantastic
And they were so excited afterwards they even said dad I like Dr Hughes he is nice and are looking forward to their next check up

Dr. Bertram is the embodiment of unprofessional. He has been very rude to someone close to me who is afraid to post a bad review of him for fear of discrimination.
Plus I think he smells. And if he were a pelican, he'd be the pelican that gets ostracized from the flock due to bad dentistry.
