such an awful place, don't waste your time and money. my apt was at 10.30, but they didn't take me in until 11.30 once he checked my teeth he made me watch some video about diseases related to gum. he came back, 15 minutes later after the video was over, to tell me that his assistant will come talk to me about the price of the cleaning that needs to be done. another 15 minutes later, the assistant came back and started telling me how important the cleaning is like if I've never had a cleaning before or that I've never been to a dentist. all of that just to inform me that it will cost me $270 for the cleaning only. I wasted two hours waiting just to leave without any work done.
all they're doing is chitchatting with each other. they take many patients at once, put them in separate rooms and let them wait forever. all they care about is making money.

I have been seeing Dr Hughes for several years as a patient. He is excellent because he does not jump to the conclusion that only expensive treatment is required to solve the problem. I would recommend him to anyone who needs dental care.

Very friendly and clean atmosphere! I especially love the dental plan they offer in office. They got my boyfriend in and out quickly and were very knowledgeable.

Dr. Hughes was incompetent and rude to my child and others. Also he cannot read an x-Ray properly. Took my child to Shand's orthodontics and they showed me the problems that had not been properly been addressed by his staff. Not to mention the wait times are ridiculous. If you have any other option for dental care, take it!

Both my children see Dr Hughes and they prefer to go here above any other dentist. 🦷

I came here for a 9am appointment for my 6yr old new patient. My son was called to go back but I was informed I CANT GO BACK WITH MY CHILD.... I asked why she said "they want to gain their trust"...I had to look at her like my child will when I'm back there with him. For one I dont care what your position is I dont know you to let my child go back alone. What an uncomfortable feeling.

I can't say thank you enough to Dr. Hughes and his team. They went out of their way to get me seen quickly so that I could get a painful impacted wisdom tooth taken care of. I plan to take my whole family back for regular cleanings.

The worst experience! The Doctor has horrible bedside manners! Waited over 2 hours!!! This office should be avoided if you've got Florida Blue...he cut me off to say they pay him 3.00 a month... Charged me 35.00 and did nothing! Then why are you on the fricken list!!!!

I’m not sure as to why these negative reviews are on this feed. Dr. Bert and this office is great. If you need dental work done this is the place to be! The office is a clean environment and the staff is wonderful. Thank you Dr. Bert!

Ashli was so great doing my Xray!! The dental hygienist also did a great job cleaning my teeth. Love the office. I'll definitely be back!!
