This is Dr. Mowery. Unfortunately due to confidentiality we cannot comment on a specific patients situation, but after extensive research we have no record of this Spurlick patient or situation. That being said we take our reputation at Exceptional Dentistry very seriously. Nothing like this situation has ever happened or will ever happen under our watch. We are proud of our 96% return/satisfaction rate which is second to none (the other 3-4% relocated.). We stand behind and pride ourselves on the quality and longevity of our work.
