Amazing experience! Yes! I am talking about my recent dental check up! Once you walk in you don’t
feel uncomfortable anymore, the staff is amazing, everyone made me feel welcome and the room with the nice massage chairs was great! The dr along with the dental assistant and the hygienist were very explainable and help me understand what is the best treatment for me. I a 100 percent recommend Exceptional Dentistry !!

Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. This place is where it’s at. Doesn’t even feel like your at the dentist. Such a comfortable environment! And everyone is so welcoming and very professional. They go out of their way to make sure you’re visit is a good one.

The staff at Exceptional Dentistry made my first visit to the dentist, in more years that I will admit here, a warm and relaxing experience. The staff were completely focused on....me! I can't express how much this relieved my through the roof anxiety. All of my questions were answered in a clear and concise manner. I would like to share an update with you. I am a few weeks away from completing my restoration journey and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Kim and everyone at Exceptional Dentistry have truly been exceptional. They changed my life in so many ways and have done so with kindness, caring and professionalism. On each of my visits, they made me feel like a friend rather than a patient. The only thing greater than their compassion is the quality of their work. People have always said first impressions are lasting well that applies here! State of the art decor lovely office, clean and spacious. Staff, for the most part engaged patients in a professional manner speaking in appropriate office voices.
And lastly, for my consultation Dr Art appeared with his charismatic and cool sense of calm which immediately put me into a state of calmness ( totally uncommon for a dental visit). Utilizing current office equipment to view x-rays, Dr. Art provided an in-depth explanation of the overall treatment required . I was able to remain calm and relaxed where in other settings providing the same information would have proven to be devastating, setting me off into a panic attack.
Were it not for the extremely long wait a five star rating would have been submitted!
Looking forward to my next appointment.

Just had surgery done at Exceptional today!
I am a baby and would rather my teeth fall out then get them fixed. But the pain was too much! After talking with a few of the staff, I trusted them to take care of not only pulling a few teeth but filling a couple of cavities and fixing my chipped tooth as well.
Dr. Rodriguez, Dr. Art Mowery and my hygienist Kelly blew my mind! They are very compassionate, have a really good bedside manner and are extremely intelligent!
Dr. Rodriguez didn't down play my fear and anxiety, rather, understood it, respected me and looked for avenues to help me with it. I opted for the 'concious sedation' . It was indeed worth it, but with the way they were handling me I don't think I needed it. They never seemed rushed and Dr. Rodriguez would ask me if I was feeling pain or discomfort through the entire procedure. When I would tell him pain, he would stop, treat my pain and then get back to work.
My hygienist Kelly made me comfortable the second I saw her. She valued my fear and respected me. She would let me know that she was going to take good care of me and then went on with comments and conversation to help aliviate my anxiety.
Get this folks;
I have an upcoming appointment with them for post-op and another appointment for a maintenance check up and cleaning in a few months and I CANT WAIT!!!!
Seriously, if you have problems with the dentist, Exceptional Dentistry will treat you right and could possibly help you get the control back from your anxiety.
It will most likely start with a phone call to Tammy, one of the nicest people I have met in a while. From there, you will have no worries!
