Today I was able to establish dental care. My appointment was thorough with numerous x-rays and photos which were reviewed by my dentist. All aspects of the experience were pleasant and professional, including the checkout at the front desk. I was offered a discount plan membership which I highly recommend. I feel like I'm in good hands at Gainesville Family Dentistry!

Beautiful, clean and serene environment in a great location with a team that is top notch from reception on. Dr. Winterman is The Best! If you need work and are concerned with pain or discomfort, he is your guy. You'll be amazed with his way of providing gentle, efficient and effective treatment. Including extractions and shaving for crowns. This team has restored my faith in dentistry. Thanks everyone!

Dr. Winterman is competent, professional, and very friendly. He proposed a comprehensive treatment of my dental conditions that is far beyond the original purpose of my visit. I accepted his diagnoses and suggestions because I think they make good sense in the long run. The whole process will take about five or six visits. We just finished the first one. It went very well. I will update when the whole process is done.

I chose this practice due to the consistently high reviews and unfortunately I was very disappointed. I went in to inquire about some nerve pain I had been having and Dr. Billingsley and his staff concluded that there was nothing they could do, which I thought disappointing but I was fine with. They then told me I had a cavity so I had it filled and not sure what they did but now instead of sometimes having nerve pain, I always have it in the area where the cavity was filled. Have been in numerous times after and they have done nothing to help it, I would highly recommend not going here.

Getting dental work done isn’t anyones idea of a good time but these folks sure do make you feel at home. Dr. Billingsley is great always in a great mood and will pop by and say hello sometimes even when it’s not time to see him. Chance makes getting cleanings a breeze. Makes going to the dentist feel like seeing an old friend. Dam can’t believe it’s been six months how ya been, kind of greeting. Highly recommend

I made an appointment as a new patient back in March or April however the earliest appointment was today November, 8th. Only to get a text stating the hygienist was out unexpectedly. After receiving 5 or more text messages reminding me of the scheduled appointment, new patient documents to be completed, and submitting insurance information the day before. I took off from work a half day for the appointment only for the front clerk to ask me if there was any other available day to come in. The workaround for me to come in another day is unacceptable and what should have happened since I waited so long was to schedule me with another hygienist. Do not attempt to reach out to me to inconvenience me with another scheduled failed attempt.
