Have had great experiences here. I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist (who is?) but the staff here understand. I've gotten to know my hygienist and dentist who are very friendly and do a great job. Never have had to wait long either.

I am always just so impressed with how well they treat patients. I walked in for my cleaning and the woman tending to me remembered all of my details, asked me about my son and even my workload in this season. My actual dentist saw me at the end and he was just really kind. The entire staff is incredibly kind. And they were so encouraging with the ways I could improve. I’m just really thankful for a great practice that really goes above and beyond for my family

The staff at Gainesville Family Dentistry made my daughter’s first check-up a wonderful experience. The dental hygienist, Monica, and Dr. Winterman did a great job of explaining what was going to happen during the check-up and notified my daughter before they moved to the next step in the procedure. If I could give 0 stars I would! My husband has been going here for at least a year. He needed 2 back teeth out which last week they pulled one and took X-rays of them both totaling $500 he had another appointment yesterday at 11:30 they constantly send reminders by text saying to remember the appointment he showed up at 11:20 called to let them know he was there in the parking lot waiting eventually it came 3 still no one has came to get him he then calls and they forgot he had an appointment? After waiting 3 hours?? Unreal! People take time off to be there! They didn’t own up to the mistake or anything kept saying it was there awnser service and it was not there fault
They didn’t make it right they didn’t even let him in! This place is terrible, not to mention it’s $500-$600 to have a tooth pulled up front! I do not recommend this

I've been to several dental offices over the years due to insurance changes, moving, ect. I had my first filling in decades today and I can't tell you how much I appreciate Dr. W and his staff. I had anxiety about the procedure, and I was quickly put at ease. The professionalism and care that was shown was better than any office I've been to. Highly recommend them.

5 STARS… Starting from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist were friendly and welcoming. Marl is amazing the best cleaning I’ve had in years.
