This place is such a joke. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been trying to go in for a dental cleaning since February. They rescheduled once because the hygienist wasn’t going to be in, then covid happened so it was rescheduled twice, and they just now canceled a third time, less than a week before my appointment because the hygienist won’t be in and now they won’t book an appointment until October. I’ve been literally trying to get in for a cleaning for almost 7 months now. I understand covid happened, the other stuff is incredibly poor scheduling.

The Dentist was amazing. The staff was amazing. The amount of care put into my comfort during a thooth removal was above and beyond any other dentist's care i have received to date. And they didnt treat me like a number, i felt honestly heard while explaining my situation wich is worth its weight in gold if you've ever had a poor experience before. I would highly recommend them to anyone with tooth issues.

Worked to ensure the low chance of covid contagion by requiring patience to wait in their car. They were very patient with me as a new entry with filling out my forms and provided help with any questions with it. Staff was pleasant and helped alleviate worries and engaged in communication with me. Would also recommend if you're a student from the University of Florida as they have coupons in Gator Greenbacks that can help those with little to no insurance.

I absolute hate going to the dentist; I'm always so nervous from bad childhood dentist experiences. My mind makes me clench up and hold fear under the surface. I just want you to know that Angie always makes my experiences pleasant and makes me feel like I'm just visiting a friend! And, Dr Blanca/Hamrick is just so relaxing, informed, and caring toward her patients that I am so much more relaxed to be in this place. I feel like I'm family! 😊 Thank you all for making bad dental experiences fade more and more with each visit!!!

I have been to many dentists in my lifetime, but I have to say, I have found the ultimate dentist office!!! Since the first day I walked in the door, the whole staff has treated me like I was their best and oldest customer! They are so kind and caring. Everything that is done is explained and during a procedure they keep you up to date on what is going on and always ask if I’m doing Ok! I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dentist! As a matter of fact, I brag on this place all the time and tell people it’s worth the trip - I don’t live in Gainesville! Thank you to Dr. Blanco and her wonderful staff for taking such good care of me!!! I’m so glad my Granddaughter recommended them to me!!! Thank you TC!!!
