Loved this place. I usually hate dentists but the staff here made me hate it significantly less. Especially Ashley! She was knowledgeable, kind, and attentive! I am looking forward to going back for my next appt!

The reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the dentist and the tech, they were great, friendly, open to questions and gentle. Otherwise, they would get a 3. The front desk is unorganized, the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing etc. I sat for almost an hour (thirty minutes past my apt time) when I came in early to do paperwork. They said I was all set, come to find out they needed a lot of paperwork, which is what I tried to tell the lady when I came in! Upon check out the lady was going to let me leave without making a follow up apt, she was too distracted. Everyone was very nice however! They apologized but I was still there for 3 hours for a 1.5 hour appointment.

Love the staff and Dr. Bilingsley. They have been treating our family for the past 16 years and are always so professional and prompt and great with my kids. My children since they were 2yrs old have loved going to the dentist.

My mother is in a wheelchair and the staff took her to the back, transferred her fron her wheelchair and put her in the dental chair. The staff was very friendly to my mom and even did follow up phone calls to check to see how my mom was doing. Gainesville Family Dentistry even laid out a price plan so there would be no hidden costs. A definite recommend.

I love Gainesville Family dentistry. The staff is always professional, kind and efficient. Dr. formerly Blanco is the greatest I totally trust her but I've found out so is Dr. Billingsley. I am terrified of dentist, each time I've had to have wisdom tooth extractions. Piece of cake. They are gentle, get the job done and are not there just for the checks but they truly care about every patient's oral health. From the front desk to the hygienist. Thank you GFD.!!!! My husband and myself are patients for life!

I have used Gainesville Family Dentistry for approximately 4 years now. Their staff is extremely personable and will take time to explain all processes including dental operations and benefit coverages. Dr. Billingsley is great! I believe most people have gone through the pain (literally) of finding a great dentist, I highly recommend GFD.

Wonderful experience. Never been more comfortable in a dentist's office. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Even the doctors were nice and straightforward about everything! This will be my dentist of choice as long as I'm in the Gainesville area.
