These guys have been great! Since my 2-day out confirmation call n grabbing my insurance info so they can file it for me (I know dealing with insurances aren't easy/fun), to the moment I walked in the door for my comprehensive first-patient visit. Alli does an amazing job at making sure things run smoothly at the front desk. My hygienist, Angie did a spectacular job at my x-rays and imaging, and of course with my healthy-mouth cleaning. Dr Billingsly was very welcoming and answered any question and instilled confidence in my oral surgery that he could do. I was excited that he could do it so I wouldn't have to hassle with getting established with another office. My reservation for that was less than a week later. Dr Billingsly also said he could help me with Invisalign. I had that ordered the day after my first visit. These guys have me excited for my treatment. My oral surgery went so smoothly today, I don't know how to thank them.

Our entire family has been seeing Dr. Billingsley and his practice for over 10 years and for a multitude of reasons beyond the simple cleaning and annual exams. It is with absolute clarity and dedication that I would have recommended them for any and all procedures and would have gladly offered a review of a million stars, but that most definitely changed...and not for the better. My husband...also a patient of record for many years...had a terrible abscess and we were told that he would not be seen unless it was an appointment date 2 months into the future. I found this to be an incredulous and ridiculous option and called back again to make sure that the doctor was fully aware of the situation and an appointment 2 months ahead was actually the recourse he offered. According to the office manager, Jordan, that was the case and Dr. Billingsley was aware of all of this. Bottom line, this is NOT the practice to use if you want a real dentist who truly cares about his patients and their health. If you want a flippant practice that will constantly cancel and reschedule appointments on you, fit you in where and when it’s convenient for them, and have front office staff that is rude and blatantly lie to the patients...the interactions have all been recorded and monitored. I especially want to address the behavior of the receptionist, Toni, and the office manager, Jordan...highly unprofessional.

horrible experience, I left with way more pain than I went in with. I have had two other tooth extractions and this one caused way more pain and discomfort and for a way longer period of time than any other one. Not going back
