On 2.9.2023 Dr. B and his dental assistants did an amazing job calming, preparing and reassuring my 14 year old son after he suffered trauma to his front teeth. Understandably, my son had a lot of questions, concerns and really wanted the issue fixed that day! I'm so thankful a temporary solution was found until his permanent crowns arrive in about a week. My son's spirit was so broken...but now his beautiful smile is back! Thank you for squeezing us in and staying late to help us...you all are a blessing!

Today I had a terrible experience with Gainesville Family Dentistry (GFD) and I’m seriously considering severing my relationship with them. As a client for more than two years, I would expect a little more courtesy and respect when inquiring about the policies of GFD not to be reprimanded, chastised, or spoken to in a condescending manner by office personnel when asking questions. Nevertheless, I’m happy for the success of GFD, however, when you begin to feel as though you’re business is being taken for granted or that it no longer matters, then it’s time to take your business elsewhere where your appreciated for being a client and choosing to patronize that establishment…

Staff is wonderful and Dr. Winterman is patient and very kind. They put a bridge in, and it feels and looks natural. They always fit me in for visits when I felt like something was wrong, and was very understanding about it. Raven, Jordan, Lisa, Rebecca, Amber, and many more of the staff are so amazing! I apologize I cannot remember everyone's name. Would recommend to anyone! 10/10. Thank you:)
