For over 15 years I have received dental care from UFD. Throughout those years their services have been superlative. The dentists and all of the support staff are competent and professional. If you every have a problem and not satisfied with their service, they will do everything in their power to make it right. If you are looking for a dentist office to treat you right, provide you with quality dental care, and to educate you about how to maintain your oral health, UFD is the place go. I hope you will give them a chance. I am glad I did.

Dr. Diaz is both competent and passionate and her commitment to denta health shows in her work. Her office is fun and energetic with a staff that all seem to share in the common goal and have nothing but good thing to say about her. I’ve been coming for a while and have had several fillings here and honestly I couldn’t reccommend it more.

I had great experience, Monica and the Dr. were so professional, very friendly, they gave me options and care about me and how I feel as patient, my husband recommended them to me after I had bad experience at Gainesville family dentist, I was so worry when I went there, but they were awesome from the receptionist Amely, Monica and Dr Diaz. Dr. Dickens & Dr. Diaz both rock!! Over the past few years my husband (uses Dr. Diaz) had to have quite bit of dental work done. I use Dr. Dickens she is the best dentist that I have every dealt with. Both of the dentist are great and have a lot of patience. I would recommend them to any one. Rest of the staff are just as good.

I’m here visiting my mom who is very sick. I been up in so much pain couldn’t sleep at all because my tooth been hurting real bad. I called a several dentist office and no one could take me or wanted extremely to much money even though I have insurance. I called this office and they got my insurance information and told me to come on in, when I got there I was in and out. I live in Georgia and if I wasn’t living so far away I will make this my family dentist office. The entire staff was AMAZING I would recommend this office to anyone who is in the area or in my case just visiting with an emergency. Thank you all for your help!!!!!

Dunno why I haven't left a review yet, absolutly love this place. Affect is fantastic, treatments are reasonably priced and fast, facility is clean and efficient. Also appears to be totally woman-run, which is awesome.

This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. Where to begin? I waited 45 minutes to be seen. When the doctor saw me he was polite and apologetic about it but, it did not make for a good start. I was only having a filling but somehow my tongue got cut in the process. The next day my tongue was really in pain and the filling felt worse than before I visited. I had to go back and have it fixed. I have been there three times and I never saw the same dental hygenist. This made it difficult to have my questions answered by them or to feel like they were really invested in my dental care. It also indicates that efficiency is more valuable than patient care to the dentists at this office. Although I wouldn't say they are very efficient given that I always waited between 15 and 45 minutes to be seen. In essence, there is a low level of professionalism and a lack of real patient care. The doctors are running around with too many things going on to focus on one person. I will not return and would not recommend this dentist office.

I was seen on time by a very friendly staff. They too the time needed for a proper cleaning and answered my many questions. I left feeling very knowledgeable and that my dental health was in good hands.
