This practice was amazing! They were closing and still had me come in for an emergency after another dentist refused to help me and told me I had to wait for a referral before fixing my pain.
I will be using them here on out! Great bedside manners and even though I had an emergency extraction they made sure I was as comfortable as possible.

They are amazing! My wisdom tooth broke and left the root in. And right when I called they took me in! And pulled the tooth same day! I was so grateful! Very nice workers! And the doctor is amazing he really knows what to do. And put up with a person like me! When I get nervous I ask a lot of questions! They are litteraly the best dentist I have ever been to! Would reccomend to anyone!

My three children went to a pediatric dentist in their early years but I wish I had known about Dr. Bill and Dr. Rachael when they were younger. They do such a great job with all ages and going there as a child and grow into adulthood while being at the same dentist would be a great plus. Now that they are all college aged, they have all been really impressed with the care they have received with the Van Dykes. The state of the art equipment is great too but most of all, the entire staff is a joy to work with from the front desk/billing to the hygienists. The fact that they have Saturday hours is great as well. WE LOVE THEM!!

Dr. (William ) Van Dyke came into Gainesville from Lake Butler for an emergency appointment for me and saved me from excruciating and unbearable pain. Dr. Rachael Van Dyke also took time to meet me at the office, 2 hours after one of my appts had concluded, (while she was on her way to a personal event,) for some extra help. I had not been a long-term patient and these people "didn't know me from Adam," but they did it anyway. Since then all of my visits have been nothing short of remarkable. Everyone at this office is friendly, caring, and understanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! I'm so glad I chose this team!
