What an amazing experience I have had with lake Worth dentistry!!! To start, Christina at the front desk was so helpful and sweet, Also offered us water while we were waiting. Such a sweet young lady. Sophia the hygienist was also so wonderful at her job! I felt so comfortable sitting in the dental chair for the first time ever with her. Sophia was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had !! Doctor Ortiz was also very helpful on explaining everything to me and creating an amazing dental plan for myself. This visit has been amazing all around ❤️ I definitely recommend anyone to come to this location regarding any dental work.

I show up on time receptionist comes in 8:10 went for a cleaning 8am Dr told me issues and what he wants to do not asking me what I want or could afford made me feel like I had no option in the work they wanted to do giving me their plan for my teeth almost 5,000.00 dollars was there almost 2 hours them poking at my teeth then charging me 211.00 for ex rays and no cleaning

Absolutely the most fantastic experience and I would never typically say that about a Dentist appointment! I am not from this area but visit frequently. This trip I had some intense pain and needed to be seen. The Boynton office took me right in and then had a same day gave me a referral appointment at this location in Lake Worth. I had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction.. 2 of them. I’ve always been so nervous About it and the entire staff made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The staff was extremely friendly and thorough. Dr Ortiz had an amazing bedside manner that right away made me feel ok even though I was not going to be sedated! I can’t say enough about how something I’ve avoided and dreaded for years turned into a good experience.. the staff even made it fun!!

This is the best dental office in town. Dr. Ortiz is very nice, the hygienist Sophia is very friendly and takes her time to explain everything. This is the first that offers you water while you wait. They offer white gloss service.

This place is number one in my book. So nice and professional. They take their time to talk with you and go over everything that needs to be done. They show you your X-rays and explain them to you. I love that they don’t mind answering questions and work with you on your time and budget. Not pushy. Genuinely sincere and caring. The entire staff is amazing. I appreciate all of them. Highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

Leaving dentist office and my experience was super pleasant. I’m not the biggest fan on dental appts but Patrick and Maritza definitely made me feel very comfortable & explained everything so well. They answered all of my questions. The Dr also explained everything and made me feel comfortable asking whatever questions I had. Will be back in a few months, deff recommend .
