I am absolutely so impressed and amazed!
Everyone in the office was very friendly, warm and welcoming, and I was SO impressed with Dr Simon!
I had an infected wisdom tooth which hurt so much that my jaw was swollen and I could hardly swallow.
Dr Simon let me have an appointment right away, which I really appreciated.
He was comforting and very nice, and said that I was in good hands and that he’d do a great job pulling the tooth as there was really no alternative, and he did!
I was scared because of traumatic extractions in my past, but Dr Simon injected some anesthetic, we waited 20 minutes and then like two minutes later he popped the tooth out and it was done.
I couldn’t believe it.! I asked when he was going to pull the tooth and it was already done! Wow!
Afterwards his assistant Géraldine patiently explained all the things I should do and not do to heal.
I have to go back next week to check on my healing, do a cleaning and have some gum pockets taken care of and now I won’t be afraid at all.
Dr Simon was recommended by a friend who has gone to him for years. She said he was the best, and I now I agree!
