I love the entire staff at Lakeview Family Dentistry! They really changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. Everyone there is very sincere and non-judgmental. They don't try to convince you that you need unnecessary dental procedures and they will only treat you for what they find that you need and for what you are looking to have done. Every procedure I have had done is the most painless that I've had done anywhere and I am always made completely comfortable. Lakeview is ABSOLUTELY the best dental practice I have EVER experienced. Of course, they've mastered all the usual aspects of dentistry such as always doing what's in the best interest of the patient, being polite and professional, and being informative. But they don't settle for just the "usual aspects". They go above and beyond the norm. They strive to do so much more than "just enough". From my very first encounter with Sheila, all the way to the chair with Dr. Jeffries, I knew I was in good hands. I love the fact that Dr.Jeffries is a family man. And that's something you can clearly tell carries over into his relationships and interactions with his patients. On my last visit, I actually ran into Dr.Jeffries in the parking lot as we were both arriving and before we even went inside he started asking how I was feeling, was anything bothering me, etc... You just don't see that type of care that often these days. Something I noticed very early in my time with Lakeview was the positive energy that radiates from the staff. You can tell each and every employee loves what they do. And they do it very well. I was absolutely terrified going into my procedures as dental anxiety is very common. But I have to say, Dr.Jeffries and crew helped me overcome all my anxiety and I was totally at ease. That's something I know anyone with dental anxiety will appreciate. Doc will NOT proceed until he knows you're comfortable. I could go on and on about all the qualities Lakeview possesses, but, I'd rather you find out for yourself. Now trust me when I say you are completely in good hands with these folks. Whether its a routine cleaning or a root canal, give Lakeview Family Dentistry a chance. I PROMISE you wont regret it. I will NEVER go to a different dentist.

After 3 visits, 1 extraction and 1 cleaning, I say this practice has absolutely everything down perfect. Dr. Wilson is an experienced clinician and a down-to-earth guy who talks in a way I can understand. The knowledgeable dental assistants translate and reinforce as needed. The hygienists are persistent enemies of plaque and focused like a laser on recognizing any pain. I like the automated tools the practice uses to remind me of appointments. I like getting a discount for paying cash on the day of service. It's all good. I'm glad I found this place.

Before Lakeview Family Dentistry just thinking about going to the dentist put me in a panic and I could be found crying in the waiting room. Although still a little anxious I go and it is visit with no fear and even brings a smile. They don't believe you should experience pain or fear and work with you. God bless Dr. Wilson and his staff!
