Dr Soliman and his staff have saved me twice from extreme tooth pain caused by bad infections in the roots of two of my molars. They made time to help me and move me ahead into their appointment schedule sooner than later - considering I was unable to function as a human in such pain, this was a Godsend. From the receptionist to the assistants to Dr Soliman himself I have only experienced compassion and quality dental care. I wouldnt go anywhere else - there is no need! Thank you.

As someone who has a true phobia of going to the dentist and who did not go for 15 years I can say entire staff at Advanced Dental is AMAZING! I had a major issue in all 4 quadrants of my mouth, but they calmed me down by explaining each part and made sure I was comfortable. I hight recommend them for anybody who has a fear of going or who doesn't , this is a great team and happy after 15 years I can start going back to dentist and getting my teeth back on track.

Since first visiting Dr Solomon's office, over 10 yrs ago by Sears at the Regency Square location, I knew he would become my family dentist. No one "enjoys" the dentist, but he and his staff make it a walk in the park. He has always been so kind , professional and soothing! I love the staff there too, Karen has always gone out of her way to help me with my emergencies and ease my nerves with her calmness. For once in my life, I actually enjoy my visits! I haven't been to the dentist in a very, very long time due to some really bad experiences. I'm so glad I found Dr. Soliman and the staff at Advanced Dental Care. They eased my fears and provided me with a dental care plan that made sense. Everyone is really pleasant and friendly in the office. So glad I started going!

Dr. Solomon is great but his office staff could be more professional with better customer service skills. They evidently don’t care about patients time as my appointment was canceled and no one has notified me until I was already there. I even got a reminder text message confirmation that morning about my appointment. It was a big inconvenience for me as I had to arrange a babysitter and take off from work only to find out it was pointless. This could have been handled much better and I am very disappointed as I’ve been a loyal patient for over a decade . Next available appointment they could offer me at the time was about 5 weeks out. I called for cancellations and there was a spot that was going to work for me but somehow the phone line went blank. After trying to call back multiple times I got no answer or even a call back as a courtesy to ask me if I’m still interested in that appt. Finally, I call back again to find out the spot that was offered to me has already been filled. Office manager just did a poor job at handling this situation and it doesn’t seem they appreciate my time. I hope this doesn’t continue to happen to other patients.
