Advanced Dental Care of Jacksonville

From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with respect & kindness. The staff was amazing and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Dr. Soliman is beyond amazing. He remember your name from beginning to end of your appointment. I highly recommend Advanced Dental Care of Jacksonville for all your dental needs.

Advanced dental care has to be the best dentist I have ever been to in my life. Their staff is genuine and patient with you making sure all you’re needs are met. Especially Ms Karen! The real star of course is Dr Soliman. He’s the nicest dentist I have ever had. Concerned about your needs and wanting to keep you comfortable. Even covering your eyes if you need shots. I had to have a few fillings replaced and he made sure they were done in ample time and had me come back in when I was having some tooth sensitivity. Fixed me right up no charge. Anyone looking for an amazing dentist should come here. Hands down best in the area!

I liked Dr Soliman but his office staff is incompetent. I was quoted incorrect payment information for fillings I got, so I ended up with a bill over $400 (this I accept partial responsibility for - I should have double checked myself that the out of pocket quotes were correct). I was supposed to get my wisdom teeth out, and because of the large bill I had, I was promised that they would be getting a prior auth from my insurance prior to my appointment so I would know if it was covered or not. When I called a week before I was scheduled, I was told a prior auth had not been obtained and that my insurance company takes 2-3 weeks to respond. I had scheduled the surgery 3 months in advance, so there was plenty of time to do this before.
When I asked why it hadn't been done before, I was told that the person who had told me she would do it no longer worked there. No apologies and no effort to fix the mistake were made. I asked to speak with the office manager and I was told I would have to leave a voicemail. I did, and never received a call back.
I cancelled all future appointments and will not be going back.
Furthermore, I've tried to call to make payments over the phone 5 times in the past month and been put on hold for over 30 minutes each time, with no one coming back to my call, and I got a letter from a collections agency that my account had been transferred to them for more than $100 over the amount I still owed.
Unless you are self-pay and get direct quotes for the cost of visits, I don't recommend this office.

Dr. Soliman & Staff provided me with above and beyond exceptional services was professional & caring. I'm retired, 64yrs old. Scared new in the city. All my years I lived in the Big city. No Doctor has ever explained what I needed to keep my teeth. They looked at me like I was joking. I had to hold back my happy tears. I was very impressed how knowledgeable the complete staff was. Now I know what my next steps are. All I can say is I was blessed to get the best Dentist.Thank you!!!

Love love love this place. The dentist is patient and friendly and all the staff too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and if I️ could give them more than 5 stars I’d surely do it. I’m always nervous going to the dentist but they are great about calming me. They also seem very thorough and genuinely interested in my care and getting me in tip top shape!!!! ❤️❤️

I hope you like to wait hours for a single appointment. I hope you like being told you have " periodontal disease". When you have nice teeth. If such a thing exists...i hope you like these people charging extra outside of your insurance so you have to pay put of pocket. Drntist is decent, but this place charges for issues that don't exist. This place is a crook dental office.

I had Dental work and Dr Soliman was the nicest. He made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there are soooooooooo very kind and personable. Very professional but at the same time very kind. I love my Dentist, Dr. AHMED SOLIMAN at ADVANCED DENTAL CARE at 4540 Southside Blvd. Suite 1001 in Jacksonville.

Dr Soliman is amazing, humble, and connects very easy with his patients. His work is great. Explains his work and follow through. My whole family goes to him now

As someone with Anxiety about going to the Dentist, it was great to walk in the door and be greeted by Karen. She has a great outgoing personality and put me right at ease. I was brought back almost immediately to start my Xrays. Tanya was Amazing! She was very gentle and explained every Step as she took my Xrays, and was respectfully aware of my pain. Tanya was with me every step of the way and made sure to let the Dr. Know about my situation to help me keep my anxiety down and I am forever grateful to these ladies. I will definitely continue my treatments at Advanced Dental Care.

Had a great experience. All the staff members are awesome including receptionist, xray technician and hygienist. They made me feel comfortable and paid attention to detail.

P.S they take Eagles dental insurance which many places don't and file the insurance claim for us so that we don't have to.
